Great dinner. My husband steak was fantastic, as was my salmon. We enjoyed some drinks. The pina koala was great and the wallaby darned was my favorite drink I’ve had so far.

Only about 8 tables occupied due to snow on a Tuesday night. Our waiter was good, but the server brought another table’s salad to our table. Then my entree Steakhouse Salad was brought out without steak. When they did bring it out, it was done to the correct temperature but didn’t seem like much. Another entree salad was brought out with dressing on the side after we were assured by the waiter that it would be mixed in. Meanwhile two other companions sat waiting for our food to be corrected while their salmon on their salads was getting cold. Can’t imagine how this would have been if the restaurant was half or more full.

I’ve been to Outback before, but not in forever. So I decided to come here for a good steak dinner and they succeeded. Slight wait when I first got there, not sure why, wasn’t super busy. No biggie tho. Once seated my waitress was very attentive and on point. The food I ordered was very good. The bloomin shrimp were good and I really enjoyed the mac-n-cheese that I ordered. The steak was cooked perfectly. Beer came out nice and cold, with a chilled mug to pour it into. Filled up and had extra for a later meal.

Online ordering and actual order were not up to standard.
Staff avoided taking order over the when online ordering did not work for myself and others. Staff member was at the to go station repeatedly saying how busy the restaurant was, but there was no line or wait time, only 3 people at the bar of about 20 available spots and empty seating throughout the restaurant. Staff member refused to aid in taking order over the phone and it appeared that the area they transferred to was right next to the to-go area. Staff member kept answering the phone telling everyone they couldn’t take the orders and to keep calling back until there was available which could be a 15 minute or more hold time. Unacceptable.
Also, the blooming onion was burned for most of the order. I actually came to this place over another for this order. The lobster tail was also either reheated or heated too long as it was tough and tad rubbery. I would have not complained had it not taken me multiple online attempts to actually place an order, which made it to where I was very hungry by the time my order was ready, which was over an hour from my initial online order and repeated phone call attempts. If the restaurant was truly packed and busy, I wouldn’t have let my concerns on the food quality go because I understand busy weekends. But that was not the case at all. $50 worth of lies and hard onions and lobster.

The server named Ali was excellent and super excellent while serving us. It was pretty busy but Ali did an great job making sure we had everything that we needed. I had the coconut shrimp special and it was hot, delicious and flavorful when it arrived. Ali made our dining experience extra special because of her sweet personality and great hospitality. 5 because of Ali and the great chefs in the kitchen.

I’ve tried twice to give their steaks a chance. First time was grizzly and his second time had no flavor. Tonight I decided how bad can their cheeseburgers be? Whelp.. I found out unfortunately. Forget the fact that I ordered meat American cheese and bacon and got cheddar cheese baking lettuce tomato and raw onions.. It was completely unseasoned and flavorless. You know it’s bad when I bite into a burger and all I taste is lettuce and bun. I even broke a piece of burger off and gave it to a co-worker and said it absolutely had no flavor at all. I mean how do you mess up a burger. You know it’s bad when Burger King and McDonald’s blow you away! This place is really going downhill over the years. They used to be really good.

This is the third time I have received a burnt steak. After last time, I swore I wouldn’t order from here again. I decided today to give it one more try and I regret that I did. I ordered a well done steak ($37) and it arrived burnt. I ordered Aussie Fries as a side for my Chicken on the Barbie and I got plain fries. The baked potato had obviously been reheated as it was soggy inside. The chicken was so over-seasoned that it was inedible. The complete meal was a waste of money.

I recently had dinner at Outback, and I have to say the food was really good—everything was tasty and well-prepared. But what made the experience stand out was our server, Tara. She was absolutely amazing—super attentive and friendly. Definitely a great visit!

Waitress was great, food tasted good, however the next day my husband, myself and our two kids all have food poisoning. It’s the only thing we all ate, husband is currently headed to the hospital afraid it’s listeria or something of that nature. We’ve spent the last 24 hours vomiting, stomach cramps, chills. We got a drink that had a long hair in it, sent it back and caused no issues for the employees understanding that accidents happen but for all 4 of us who all got different meals to be sick. They must not use proper food safety or storage at this location. My 6 year old is severely dehydrated, and his father can barely stand.
Really upsetting as we love outback and I am pregnant and was craving it. I’ve seen how the replies to these go and we already reached out through the Outback/contact link in the website.

Food is pretty good. It’s not the best ever, but it’s still decent. Texas roadhouse is better but their menu is very similar. Service is friendly and atmosphere is nice. Overall, it’s just ok!
