We had a fantastic experience at Outback Steakhouse! The coconut shrimp was absolutely delicious, perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, and even better with the apple sauce. We also ordered the beef sirloin, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The Alice Springs Chicken was incredibly tender and definitely a must-try.
A special shout-out to our server, DAQUAN. He was very nice, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. He truly made our dining experience even better.

Food is okay at best. Steak was extremely over seasoned but to top things off, we found a large piece of plastic mixed into the cheese on one of our burgers. Thank god one of our kids didn’t consume it. Will not return.

Went there yesterday for dinner and it was one bad experience after another. Waited 40 minutes for our dinner to come out. A very undercooked blooming onion(burnt on the outside and gooey on the inside with dry batter powder in some area’s)2 kids grilled cheese meals, steak n shrimp dinner and a very over salted and burned (asked for medium and got very over well )20oz. Its not like it was busy,that’s understandable but it was barely anyone there. All in all a very bad experience except for our waitress, she was very attentive and apologized for the kitchen service. $140 with tip and a lesson learned….

Shoutout to Will for being a great host.
I love outback and i know that their food varies from location to location. This location is excellent. My medium-rare steak was mostly rare but i didn’t bother to return it to be cooked more because i tolerate rare.
The sweet potato with brown sugar and Cinnamon is to die for!

Will had good energy, very pleasant, as far as servers go! Adhered to all request was very kind, very quick.
Food; bread was cold, I usually love their caesar salads because their Caesar dressing is unique in that it’s peppered flavor etc, it was lacking this night & a few leaves were brown.
my date had the Sirloin and grilled shrimp, fully loaded potatoes w/ broccoli. He described the shrimp to be succulent and seasoned well… comes with a dipping sauce if needed. The steak was cooked correctly medium but had a weird leather looking grill mark at the top BUT steak was good. They didn’t eat the bread that the shrimp came on top off but I imagine it was also very seasoned.
I had the Queensland pasta- chicken breast was perfectly grilled and juicy, shrimp also seasoned well I added extra Alfredo sauce ima saucy lady! & red pepper flakes to spice it up. It would be delicious without all the extra fixings.
Our first round of drinks 1 was a frozen marg with an extra shot for $1, my date felt like it wasn’t consistently frozen all the way through, all the juice at the bottom and the ice at the top. Second round of drinks they got the same drink but on the rocks, they mentioned the 2nd drink was better. I had the strawberry kiwi Rita! As you can see one was more green the other more pink both tasted decently!
They were fairly busy for the timing we went which was late Sunday night, still good service for the crowd. We also ordered the kookaburra wings to go, pictured. Hot, seasoned impeccably, delicious!

We were a party of 18! Christian was our waiter and did a phenomenal job! We never had to ask for a refill on a beverage. We were allowed to bring our own cake because we were celebrating a birthday. Thank you Christian for making it a wonderful night!

I have never had a better experience at an Outback than I have at this one!!!! Art was attentive, kind and funny! The food was cooked to perfection and delivered quickly and every person we interacted with was amazing including the hostess! It was such quality service! Food was exceptional, service was even more so. Our server, Ron was prompt and polite and fun. He was truly a wonderful server, one of the best I’ve ever had in my 29 years of going to different restaurant. I’ve been to the Outback in Berlin and I would go out of my way to come to the one in Cherry Hill if it meant experiencing Ron’s service again. Truly an incredible employee and one deserving of any lauding one might have to offer. Also, the ribs and the blooming onion were great.

The positives: The blooming onion was good. The potatoes were good. The prime rib were AWESOME (over seasoned, so we scraped the salt off but great after)! First time I ever got one cooked exactly the way I ordered from a steak house! Nailed it! The first bloody mary and apricot drinks were awesome. The negatives: The second bloody mary wasn’t made by the same person. It was evident. The unsweetened tea we asked for towards the latter part of the meal wasn’t served until after the check. They served one salad before the other and brought the steaks out almost with the other salad. The place was packed, and the staff was stressed. They tried to be pleasant, but you could see the stress and confusion. The problem is with using multiple servers to deliver food. I would definitely go back for the steaks, but during the week, as the place is overcrowded and very loud.
