I was sooo mad at myself for not taking a picture of what is the best Burger I’ve ever had!! Oh and the fries!!! I could only eat less than half because the wedge salad was so rich and delicious but I did finish it for dinner.
My husband’s Prime Rib turned into a meal and 2 snacks he felt the need to tell me was perfect every time.
We will definitely be back and hopefully Nate will be our server⭐ If anyone in management reads this; Please give that young man a raise and a promotion!! I can’t remember having such great service in any of the many restaurants I’ve been to in RI, Mass, or anywhere. He’s top notch & should train other servers. Also, beautiful, clean space with nice overall staff… and no, I don’t know anyone there personally, just impressed.
We drove 30 minutes to come here for my wife’s birthday. It’s was absolutely busy like I’ve never seen before, after waiting 30 minutes I watched multiple BIG party tables get seated before me and my wife. So just know they they WILL seat big tables way before a party of two even if youve been waiting 30 minutes and theyve just walked in the door. After I complained about it, I was lied to my face about it, and then very promptly seated. My wife was brought the wrong drink right away, then forgot about, and waited another 5 minutes to get the right drink after we flagged down our waitress asking where it was. After we were halfway through the appetizer, we ordered, only to be told they were out of the prime rib. Which was the ENTIRE reason my wife wanted to come here, and the reason we go to Outback in general. This whole beginning made the night very unpleasant for us. We ordered the Cookie Skillet dessert, which is not a cookie, it’s a cookie cake brownie Blondie thing, that was unexpected and poorly executed. We didn’t enjoy it. We are (were) regulars to the Outback and come frequently, but tonight made us completely rethink our love for the restaurant.
In general, the worst part about the night was watching big tables who just walked in get seated long before we did, and then being lied to about it. Just totally disrespectful and deceitful.
Missing from this dish: grilling and seasoning. Seriously it was like someone heated up some leftover shrimp cocktail to get it luke warm and tossed it in there. Been a fan of the chain for 20 years but you will never see me back at the Seekonk location. Literally, if you promise me a dish, deliver, if you can’t, deliver on my second choice.
They did neither, and refunded absolutely nothing.
