Went to outback with my boyfriend for a date night. We had Pam who was absolutely amazing from the moment we sat down. I am gluten free and Pam double checked everything I ordered to make sure I wasn’t sick. She even informed me the mushrooms, which I mentioned having before, were not gluten free due to using a thickener and comped our appetizer for me being sick last time we went in. She talked with us at our table and was very attentive with our drinks. The gluten free options also made me feel normal and happy with spending the money to eat a real meal out. New date night spot! We will definitely be going back and asking for Pam to be our server 🙂

My partner and I came here for a spontaneous lunch out, and had one of our best dining experiences in recent memory! Our server Melanie (who was also the bartender) exuded charisma and made us feel extremely welcome. She provided stellar service and made us two of the best drinks we have ever had: the Sauza Gold Coast ‘Rita and the Piña Koala! Our food was equally amazing; my partner got the Grilled Shrimp Entree and my Bloomin’ Burger came with a slice of cheesecake we were able to share! Overall, we had a fantastic experience here and will definitely be returning soon!

All of the staff were very friendly even though it was very busy. The steak was cooked to PERFECTION. Caesar salad is always the way to go.

First time coming here and stopped in with friends before going to the movies. We all got the three course meal special 6oz steak, salad/soup, side and dessert. The food was excellent as was the service. The waitress brought us bread as we requested which was delicious . The restaurant was clean and well organized and they have plenty of parking available. Will be going back soon.

My family loves outback steakhouse and when we were headed to Jay peak Vermont from Connecticut we stopped here. It was super late but I checked the hours on my phone and we were going to arrive about a half hour before they closed. We got there and The place looked closed. No cars in the parking lot. We were desperate to get a blooming onion so we pulled up to the curbside door. My husband knocked on the door and a wonderful girl opened it. She took our order and was super nice. As always the food was great But the service with it being so late on a Wednesday night was fantastic.

Outstanding service and solid food! Outback Steakhouse is a standard – always consistent steak with great sides. We made “reservations” on the app about 30 minutes before. We arrived and waited about 15 minutes for a seat – we were seated in a nice booth. Our waiter Patrick came over quickly and took our order. He brought our drinks promptly. We made a few mistakes including stating that we wanted all the food at once – what we meant was that we wanted the food to come out as it was ready. When we realized this, we called over Patrick and he didn’t seem exasperated but explained that he would do what he could. He fixed it by bringing out our bread, salads and French onion soup right away. Then 10 minutes later the rest of our food arrived at the table: strip steak, filet mignon, potatoes and vegetables. Then came our next mistake – we forgot to order a potato for one of us – Patrick was able to get us another potato quickly. When we were ready to go, he brought us our check and even asked us if we had and wanted to log our meal onto our Outback Rewards. Patrick was excellent – some of the best service ever! Thank you so much Patrick!

We have been going here for years and it’s always a solid choice, good food, good service, and good place for a family dinner. Tonight we happened to have Pam as our server. She was top notch and we all enjoyed her personality and service. Service staff also did a nice job. Birthday treat for my sister made it even better. Thank you

Visiting from out of state with my fiancé for work and had the pleasure of working with Nyah. She was the most lovely young woman to work with. She was quick and so sweet. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our order when we got it. She was so welcoming and accommodating with me. 10/10 I could not have dreamt up a better hostess for the to-go order section.

Went for dinner rush and an entirely empty restaurant and told it would be about 15 to 20 minutes for a table with every table in the restaurant being empty. And then proceeded to tell me that she was waiting on weight staff at 4:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday they’re not prepared for customers yet again this isn’t the first time not to mention by 5:30 DoorDash and Uber eats will make it so that you have to sit here for 2 1/2 hours to get your dinner because they can’t figure out how to micromanage their kitchen. They’re losing their internal customers their wait staff doesn’t want to work cause they’re not making any money because DoorDash is overtaking the restaurant on the weekend dinner service hours And the management is subpar. I don’t think it would be OK to wait 20 minutes for a table with the picture shown below.
So sad- outback is one of mine and my husband‘s favorite places and there’s a waitress here that is phenomenal that I feel super bad for …that the management here cannot get this under control.
So we walked out drove two minutes down the street walked in the Longhorn, which was by the way completely packed and they sat us immediately because their wait staff And their management knows how to do their job.
I’m pretty sure the outback steakhouse at this location is going to close just like Enfield Connecticut due to poor management

Great food and service. In town on business took a seat at the bar. I had a small sirloin with baked tator green beans and add a bowl of french onion soup. Everything came out quick and hot. Great flavor. Washed down with an IPA. AMAZING Meal. Ericka is an AMAZING Manager she makes sure every guest gets top notch service. Liam is an excellent server. The food came out quickly and Hot. The Bar Tenders Liz and Alex know their trade and were twisting up some beautiful cocktails. The Beers are ice cold and I finished off the meal with an Old Fashion the drink was perfectly made. 🙂 Next time I am in the area I will take in a delicious meal here. Thank You Ericka, Liam, Liz and Alex for a excellent experience. Five Stars is not high enough for the service, food and drinks @ this location.
