Cheese curds were great! The Cookie Ice Cream was amazing! the cheese bread was ok… just over seasoned and $2.50 extra for marinara sauce. Burger was barely edible and the philly cheese steak was horrible.

I’m pretty sure this place only has decent reviews because it’s attached to a resort and people are in too good of a mood to realize how bad the food they’re eating is. Ordered the margarita pizza and it was a decently sized pie. It was cut into around 15-20 pieces and we had eaten maybe 3-4 slices of them and didn’t really wanna eat anymore. The crust was cardboardy, I’m pretty sure they used store bought or frozen pizza dough, the cheese was hard and the whole sliced unseasoned tomatoes weren’t very enjoyable. We asked if we could change it out for something because we hadn’t eaten much of it and they said no. Don’t recommend coming here.

Food was decent. I wasn’t a fan of the spinach artichoke dip, it had an Italian spin with a lot of onion in it. It also wasn’t mixed well.
But the soup and salad (with pomegranate vinaigrette) was good. As was the fried chicken and coleslaw. Fries were decent.
Wasn’t super cheap or anything special, but it was convenient for us since we were staying at the resort.

We had such high hopes for this restaurant. My husband had the half pound burger and onion rings ($14.99 + $3.50) and I had the fish fry ($15.99).
Pros: It was convenient, prepared in less than an hour, looked decent and was edible. The gentleman that delivered our food was polite and professional. The venue was above average. Cons: The ordering process was convoluted. I had to stop by three different locations before I was able to place an order. My husband’s burger was burnt and the onion rings he received were more like a pile of onion garnishment rather than onion rings. My fish was pretty meh. The batter fell off the fish leaving me with plain fish, greasy fish batter and average fries. The tarter sauce was above average. I am hoping this was just an off day because this place has so much potential. Would I go out of my way to eat here? Hard pass due to lack of quality for the price. Will I eat here again in the future? It is convenient for families staying at Twin Peaks. It could have been an off day.

Seems like Tomilyn likes to manage other people’s money but she somehow ended up a waitress. Went through the reviews to see if anyone else had a similar experience, and looks like Tomilyn is the problem not the place itself. We were in Ouray on vacation and we visited this place 1st time and absolutely loved the food and the lady who served us(she was an older woman, unfortunately I don’t know her name) ,she took the time to explain everything and make sure we’re satisfied with our experience. We decided to go there again today,why would i try other places when I know this place was really good? So we went again and got kicked in the gut. The server, this time Tomilyn, said we can go get drinks ourselves, and to back to the soda machine if you want refills, OK no big deal, the food was good again, so kudos to the chef, no complaints, good job, however at the end we got slapped with a 20% forced tip we didn’t ask nor approved of, there were only 4 of us. It’s my money , why are you taking money out of my pocket ? Who are you ? Tips are for excellent service, the customer decides if the service was great, and if it was you’ll get rewarded, if not, you need to do better. Meanwhile this girl is out of control, taking my money and many other people’s money from the reviews I read, just because she wants to. This 2nd time we showed up completely ruined our experience, especially since it’s on our last day on vacation here, absolutely disgusting behavior.

So – this place is gross. I had the worst Margherita Pizza ever here, and honestly, how is that even possible?! The cheese had a weird sour aftertaste as if it was low quality cheese stored at room temperature and truly left the worst taste in my mouth. I don’t like to leave reviews like this, but I felt ill the rest of the evening and decided it needed to be said. Also, I was fed some crazy line about the “proper way” to serve a Blue Moon beer. The server was a nice person and attentive. Unfortunately they were misinformed about how to serve a citrus wheat beer, passing along said misinformation, and obviously not from CO. And no, the proper way is not with cinnamon poured on top. Interesting and fall like flavor? Yes. Proper? No.

Food was mediocre …wife’s burger was supposed to be medium, was past well done, don’t get the onion rings because you’ll get a pile of onion garnish fried in flour! Its amazing a place like this survives but when there’s not many options and tons of people I guess you can do what you want…its edible but when the bill is 130 for 2 adults and 4 kids(all with free waters) you should be satisfied! Philly steaks were bland but not bad, just not tasty…we were starving after hiking miles so it wasn’t going to take much to satisfy but sure wish we would have walked a few more blocks to places that youtubers have verified but we like to support the underdogs as well…I hope they sell out and someone moves into actually satisfy people.

We chose this restaurant because it was open and within walking distance of our hotel. It was a bit expensive but may be to be expected in Ouray. They didn’t allow substitutions on the pizza so we just took items off. Portions were large. Drink was good but server told me the drink menu was incorrect.
