We stopped by this dessert cafe late at night since it’s one of the few spots open until 11 p.m, which is amazing. I picked up the raspberry shortcake, pistachio ricotta, and the ube cookie. The service was quick.
The ube cookie was the star for me, super soft and literally melted in my mouth( Definitely get this one). The pistachio ricotta was unique and really good too. The raspberry shortcake had good flavor but the cake was a bit dry, so I probably wouldn’t get that again. But they have a lot of other desserts and drinks I want to try next time. Overall, a great dessert spot.

Beautiful setup and great service. Tried green grape bingsu and the portion size was huge and it was great though a bit sweet. Can definitely share. Banana nutella croffle is a bit too sweet. Their tiramisu however is one of the best i’ve had. Will revisit for tiramisu!

This is worth the time to find it! Best Shave Snow (bingsu) ever. Especially the taro and injeolmi flavors. I would have eaten two of everything, but there wasn’t room. The owner was so friendly. Service was fantastic.

They do have really cute cakes, but unfortunately they are not fresh at all.
We ordered mango mousse, chocolate banana cream cake, and pistachio Basque cheesecake.
Both the chocolate cake and the mango mousse cake base tasted like they had been sitting for at least 5 days — extremely dry and stale.
The pistachio Basque cheesecake had no pistachio flavor at all. It tasted more like almond, which was very disappointing.
Overall, the cakes looked nice but the quality did not match the appearance. Definitely not recommended.

This is one of the cutest cafes in the greater Seattle area with aesthetic and artsy decor. They have amazing coffee drinks and dessert offerings. I love their croffles and bingsoo. I also highly recommend their einspanners. They even have a little pop up shop where you can buy clothes or accessories from Korea!

I ordered red bean waffle and latte, and my friends ordered Banana, chocolate, and caramel croffles. The caramel croffle was amazing, the chocolate banana was good, but the red bean waffle was a little bit odd. I’ll visit again to try different things, I recommend it.

The ice matcha latte was okay, but the Nutella cake was NOTHING like Nutella… It was very plain and dry. I expected something more sweet and chewy. Oh, and this is not only about this place, but please skip the tip part if you provide zero serving. I expect my order to be served to my table if I’m asked to add tips. Thanks.

I honestly didn’t expect much, because from the outside it looks like a small place, however, upon entering I was surprised by the wide variety of dishes they have and their originality.
I had an exquisite coffee and a pistachio cheesecake that was out of this world. The pistachio cake was also great.

This is probably the best place to get bingsu in the Seattle area. They seem to be consistent in their execution and give topping in the bingsu in addition to it being on top. I do wish the injeolmi bingsu had a little more soybean powder, but that is just nitpicking. Green grape binsu was delicious.

I wasn’t so sure about this place driving into a tiny strip mall but this place is A+++! The staff are super friendly and enthusiastic about the menu. I wasn’t sure what to get because there were so many options but the person behind the counter pointed me to her favorite Einspanner/Lotus Biscoff. I was worried about too much caffeine but they have decaf! Delish! Also the black sesame croffle was incredible – chewy croffle and creamy ice cream. Environment is super chill, coffee house vibe with a pop up shop. Definitely my worth the visit!
