We ordered huevos rancheros and carne asada & eggs. I love the huevos rancheros, it tastes really good. Carne asada was just ok. The beef was tough, chewy. It took forever to get the food ready. Generally, food quality is good though.

Great breakfast spot in north salt lake . I come here often when I’m in north salt lake. The restaurant is family owned and operated. The staff is warm and friendly they treat you like family. You have to try the Carne Asada with eggs it is out of this world delicious.

This place was just what the doctor ordered. Came in on a Saturday at 9:30 by myself craving a good diner breakfast. This did not disappoint. I was seated at the bar immediately, had a coffee in front of me immediately, and had my order taken with friendly service immediately. I ordered the Country Benedict and I swear it was hot and ready in 2 minutes or less, no exaggeration. I was almost afraid it was premade it was so fast but it tasted fresh and delicious. Will be coming back.

The eggs Benedict were good. My disappointment was that I asked to not have tomatoes. Not the end of the world, but listening and customer service generally go hand in hand. Cool little building. Easy to get in and out.

I kept hearing good things about this American and Mexican influenced brunch restaurant, so my brother and i had to try it, and I’m glad we did. There was a wait time, but that’s because seating was limited. It was worth the wait.

I had an amazing experience at Our Kitchen Cafe! The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to attend to me. From placing my order to receiving my food, it took less than 5 minutes. I ordered their famous chilaquiles, which is authentic Mexican food, and it was absolutely delicious. Honestly, it’s one of the best Mexican dishes I’ve ever had, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable, with a classic cafe vibe. The portion size was generous, and I left feeling full and satisfied. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in North Salt Lake!

Better than average standard breakfast fare. I am still on the hunt for an amazing eggs Benedict, unfortunately this is not it. Couldn’t taste the hollandaise sauce nothing really distinct tasted just creamy and my eggs weren’t poached but more over medium. Biscuit and ham were a bit tough and dry. My hubby loved his French toast with fruits they packed it well and I forgot to take a picture of it. Daughter had crepes with strawberries , could have added strawberries inside the crepes as well to give it a little more flavor. Maybe use red small diced potatoes instead of hash browns with the eggs Benedict as everything tasted a bit too fried and greasy for me. Orange juice was good!
Overall quick service 5 stars food for me only 3 stars. Worth a try if you don’t want to make breakfast. Parking is small so best to park on the street where you can.

Tristan was our server today. He was by far the best server we’ve experienced in any restaurant in a long time. As a family who has traveled coast to coast we agreed that the way this restaurant operates is the golden standard!! The food came out fast, the food was absolutely outstanding! The kitchen staff was wide open and the presentation of the plates that came from the kitchen are all TOP NOTCH! If you want to open a restaurant I suggest visiting here and emulate everything they do. We were very impressed and plan to come back any time we pass through Utah!

Walked in and got seated immediately at 10am on a Sunday. The chilaquiles were amazing! Split a Dulce de Leche with my son and was stuffed. Great food, good portions.

I used to love this place but the service was awful today. And food was not as good as it used to be. I noticed there was a 20% tip added without being told. I asked the waiter to make sure to notify people when a tip is added. He gave me attitude took the tip off and said I don’t need to tip. I’m good tipping 20% but only if the waiter is good. If I have to ask for more drinks and never got checked on you’re not getting 20%. He’s lucky with his attitude he got any tip.
