Nice quiet restaurant. Very friendly staff and clean eating area. Food was made fresh and served hot. I have tried other Our Hero locations, but this one is my favorite. I definitely recommend this place.

Came in to pick up some dinner, I ordered the Traditional with “The Works”. This is arguably the best submarine shop in Urbana. The food was very delicious, and sent my taste buds into a tornado of flavor.
The shop was packed when we came in but emptied pretty quickly, there wasn’t anyone dining inside. The Staff was nice and got our food out to use quickly,we were told the food would take 15 minutes but it took less than 10 to get.

Fantastic food! Best subs in Urbana by far. Great service as well we went during the lunch rush and the little older lady in the maroon sweater did a great job helping everybody out. Will be going back for sure. 10/10

I feel like every American in the 80’s and 90’s grew up with a sub shop like this- no-nonsense, family owned, great food at reasonable prices. Here, they call it mayo, not aioli. Got a baked ham and a cheesesteak. Bread was flat, easy to grab and bite, crispy on the outside/chewy on the inside. Crisp lettuce, a little tang from mayo. Such a killer restaurant!!!!! 10 out of 5
