Came here at 7:30 pm and didn’t start eating until 8:35 pm. One hour of waiting time is insane. I’ve traveled a lot, and I’ve never waited that long anywhere, especially for two burgers with fries.
The food was alright, not bad, but not amazing either. Don’t come expecting the best burger ever; it’s just a mid, okay burger.
As for the fries: very soggy, and you taste more pepper than actual fries.
The atmosphere was kind of weird. There were a bunch of locals laughing loudly, one drunk couple, and another couple with a cigar (not lit). It felt like we weren’t really welcome, maybe just an impression, but still.
Staff-wise: a young guy taking orders kept disappearing (it took about 25 minutes to take three orders). Another lady came over and tried to take our food away. It was 8:45 pm, but we were served at 8:35 pm, and remember, we arrived at 7:30 pm. Since they close at 8 pm, they were clearly trying to rush us out.
Nice little town, and I liked the décor, but the seats are pretty uncomfortable.
Total was $44, honestly a waste of money. But there was no other option open, and they know it.

Beautiful Concept, But the Flavor and Value Miss the Mark
I truly love the concept and aesthetic of Our Food Is Art the presentation is thoughtful, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the overall experiences left me a bit disappointed.
The food unfortunately lacked flavor, especially the tacos, which were quite bland and didn’t live up to the visual appeal or the pricing. For what’s being charged, I expected a much more flavorful and fulfilling meal.
That said, the veggie burger was a pleasant surprise fresh, well-prepared, and one of the highlights of the menu. I can tell there’s passion behind this restaurant, but I hope they focus on seasoning and balancing flavors to match the creativity of their concept.
The potential is definitely there just needs a bit more flavor to truly live up to its beautiful name.

I had the pleasure of dining at this cozy restaurant while visiting the area and is a pure delight! My friend had the Thai tacos and I had the Rojo Chicken Tacos and we shared a large order of French Fries that are truly the best fries I have ever eaten! Make sure to try some of their delicious house made sauces and dressings. They have a great selection of beverages but do yourself a favor and grab a fresh lemonade that is so freshening and not too sweet. The staff are so friendly and buzzing around like bees making sure everything is clean and guests are served quickly. They have great seating inside and out or you can take your food to go and eat in the near by park where they have a wonderful market on Saturday’s.

Delicious!! Possibly the best burger I’ve ever had. & Sweet potato tater tots?? Where have these been all my life?
The cherry smoked pulled chicken is also delicious. Friendly, awesome staff. If I’m ever in the area again, I’d definitely come back here!

My girlfriend and I dined into this restaurant two nights back to back since we are visiting. Night 1 was great. My only complaint is that their fries were not cooked throughly. I felt like I was chewing into raw potato, so that was the only downside and they weren’t completely seasoned. But, the burger was phenomenal. My girlfriend had the chop meal and it was amazing. Now, Night 2 was amazing!!!! I got the Salmon Cakes and a salad. Absolutely incredible and fresh. My girlfriend got the ribs which were outstanding.

Our Food Is Art is the most dependable restaurant in Crestone, CO. They opened in 2017 in a small space across the street and have continued to expand over the past 5 years.
You’ll find lots of local food options on their menu including tacos, sandwiches, burgers, steak and more. They even have Colorado beer and wine available which is nice since the brewery closed down in 2021.
Chef Scott whips up tasty sauces all homemade from scratch.
I had a 3 fish taco plate with both red and green salsa. My son had the All American Burger with two patties, Swiss-American cheese and homemade mayonnaise. It was so tasty.
Definitely try the sweet potato tots. Delicious!

Staff was hospitable and friendly and warm, even though we arrived about 15 minutes before close. Everything was fresh and amazing. We had a fabulous Greek salad, sweet potato tots, tomato soup, and salmon cakes. Lovely, healthy food!!

Probably the only spot that was open for dinner in this small town but it does burgers well and that’s all I need. Good beer list as well if you’re looking to decompress. Service can be a while but they’re making food fresh here.

This place is awesome I would easily make a 30 mins detour to come here every time I get close by. The town is charming and this place has absolutely amazing food. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We came here with some dogs and sat outside. The burgers were maybe the best we’ve ever had anywhere. I would definitely recommend going here 10/10
