I have a “black” card and every time I come here I get it taken after I pay for my bill. I don’t know if it’s for status or clout from a customer or staff (I hope not staff) but it’s getting old. .service is good and we have a good relationship. .so im assuming it’s a customer NOT staff. .more specifically a girl. . Charged me $20 to park my own car on an ice filled parking lot. Only to come in 30 minutes later to get my keys and move my car. Man what? Then had the NERVE to say “drive safe” as I’m leaving . I can’t even WALK safe. To top it off there were two big bags of salt just sitting in the parking lot.
But, the food was good, the DJ was good, the bartenders were cute AND good. That security pat down was a little aggressive and prisonesque. 3 stars overall

I decided to stop in on a whim last Saturday evening. And I am glad I did. The Staff, Security, and especially the Bar patrons were incredibly welcoming. Drink prices were good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Especially the mirrors. Thank you Our Bar!

Waitress charged me and extra $7 for service charge that was not present on the receipt. She verbally told me that the bill was $47, I paid, tipped her, then asked for a receipt. The receipt stated $40. When I asked her why, she stated that there is a hidden service charge.The whole wings and fries were good though. I’d rather cook my own wings than to get played like that again.

I was here over the weekend and I must say this place has taken a deep dive into shit. I was here in June and it was like night and day. I don’t usually make reviews but in hopes of the staff seeing this and making the necessary corrections will be priceless because this bar was awesome back in June. I scored the atmosphere a 5 star because it has nice ambiance, sort of an elegant look and feel. Service was slow the two bartenders or waitress when I got there were very distracted. One was sitting chatting with a guy and the other was in her phone combing her hair at the table which I thought was digusting seeing as how people eat at these tables. I had to get the attention of one of them. Then they act like I was disturbing them which was bizarre to me. Nevertheless I ordered a cocktail and something to eat. The cocktail was ok and I say ok because back in June my wife and I ordered the very same cocktails and they were exceptionally delicious and thirst quenching at the same time. You can tell she rushed and made them so she could attend to the guy he was talking to. I also ordered some wing dings and they were not done so I asked them to make them over and they came out over cooked to the point you couldn’t even chew them. I mean they were solid like a rock. I sat them to the side and had a few beers. Some of my guys showed up and we ordered more beers and I got hungry so I ordered a dinner. BIG MISTAKE. What ever has transpired from the last time I was here in June and up until now 8/15 needs to be evaluated because it’s clearly something different. Food, service and atmosphere. Atmosphere was ok at best service was horrible and food was (I don’t even know if they make a word for the description) but food was DISGUSTINGLY repulsive. Our Bar and Grill please get it together. This bar was insanely on point a few months back now it’s turned into a circus.

Our Bar did not disappoint! The drinks were on point, and the customer service was top-tier. Diddy and bartender Jamika made the experience even better , super cool and welcoming. The whole place had great energy and felt like the perfect spot to unwind. Definitely coming back!

I had a funky good time at Our Bar and Grill! The service was great—friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was just right. My drinks were spot on, made exactly how I like them. The atmosphere was lively, with great music. I also loved the crowd—it was a fun and welcoming environment. The neighborhood bar vibe is what i liked the most.
Seeing the owners in the building. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to! Highly recommend for a good night out.

Stopped by yesterday after the comedy show and we had a pleasant time. Decent parking and quality security made me feel safe. We loved the music selection too. I would definitely travel east for this experience again.

I usually have no issues, last night was a horrible experience. Had to search for servers, 30 mins later I was finally able to place a drink order. No one never came and checked on us. I went to the bar to order more drinks and the bartenders were just staring and dancing as if I wasn’t even standing there patiently waiting for someone to take my order. I tried to place a food order, the server said she was going to drop a drink off and never came back. Once I finally had seen another server, she tell me the kitchen is closed. I had been waiting way before the kitchen had closed. My people I that actually placed a food order, it had taken them over a hr to receive it and then it was cold as if it had been sitting. I hated everything about last night!
