Really good chili con carne- meaty and full of chili flavor but not impossibly spicy. Good cheesesteak with excellent slices of steak. They make their own Texas Toothpicks! So good they’re worth a trip to Reno.

Great local place with really great chicken nachos at a very reasonable price. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this place. The only reason it’s not all fives is because it’s Sunday evening and they are a bit short-handed. Not their fault, just the way it is.

Our Bar is a great neighborhood place. The drinks were great! The Caprese Salad was delicious. The chicken tenders were pretty gross (the oil needed to be changed.)

This is one of the best local spots in downtown Reno. I feel. Always great bartenders with a nice and relaxed environment and great small bites. Definitely gets you a good local feel which is nice. So if you’re in the area I would highly suggest stopping by.

Went there after GF looked up a place close by for a Bloody Mary for me and a shot of Jack for herself and a bite to eat. She saw a few reviews about the Bloody Mary, and so we went to check it out. This is definitely not for an older crowd to go to. As we walked by the window, the place had a small group of about 12 people. We opened the door and got blasted by rap music so loud you couldn’t talk without yelling to hear each other. We sat ourselves since no one seated us. We sat about 15 minutes, and when no server came to get our order, my GF had to go and order our drinks, and after 10 minutes, we had to go back to order our food. After 20 minutes we got our food. Both drinks and the food were decent, nothing like all the 5 and 4 star reviews rave about. Portions, as you can see from the pic’s are definitely not worth what you pay for them. GF did say her Philly sandwich was really good. Music was way too loud, as I said before. Bartender served our $10 Texas toothpicks. I asked if she could turn the music down. (if you can call it music). She said yes, and after 3 songs, she finally turned it down for 2 songs and then turned it up louder than it was before I asked for it to be turned down. I tried to play something on the jukebox, but it was locked by the bartender. Gave the place 3 stars because the food was halfway decent, and the bar looked decent also. Service sucked and as you can see from the pic, a McDonald’s burger has a bigger patty. We are locals, and this is one of the 2 bars we won’t be back to for all of the above reasons.

Yet another hidden gem, right in plain sight! I mean, avocado fries with Yum-Yum sauce?!? Really!! And the wing sauce selections: nuff said! Great atmosphere and even better service, Cool DJ, and plenty to keep you coming back for more.

Goosebump, and I had a strong hankering for beer, and since we were under the control of a designated driver that decided Our Bar is our new favorite bar…off we went! We were about 8 beers each into just starting out when Goosebump Charlie asked the barkeep ..when do you put out snacks? He was told “When a customer orders his 4th drink we put out something with it” Hell to! He says we’re on our 8th beer each!
