1st time here, great service with Lauren P as our waitress. She had amazing menu suggestions, all of which were great. We loved the sml portions, shareable and allows for you to try more items. Started with seafood soup. We had the crab Rangoon’s 6 pieces, shrimp, beef and chicken hibachi and teriyaki. Bronco rolls, Hollywood rolls, avacado and cream cheese rolls, Texas rolls, fried rice with all 3 meats Then ended with fried Oreos and fried bananas with chocolate ice cream.
So lots of food, great atmosphere, clean environment, fast service. ( I missed a few items, couldn’t remember everything )
A little over priced so maybe for more of a special event. Glad we tried it though

This Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant truly impressed me from the moment I walked in. The restaurant is beautifully designed, very clean, and well-organized with clearly separated seating areas, making it comfortable and not crowded. The overall atmosphere feels warm and relaxing, suitable for dining with family, friends, or couples.

The dining concept is order-from-the-menu all-you-can-eat, allowing you to choose as many dishes as you like, with the condition that all ordered food must be finished. This is a reasonable policy that helps maintain food quality. Every dish is freshly prepared, and the ingredients are of good quality, which is noticeable in both taste and presentation.

The menu offers a wide variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, hot dishes, and many other options. Each dish is well-presented, and the portion sizes are appropriate, allowing you to try many different items without feeling overwhelmed.

The staff are very friendly, cheerful, and attentive. They are proactive, quick to take orders, and the food is served promptly, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.

Considering the quality of the food, the pleasant atmosphere, and the excellent service, the price is very reasonable and truly worth it. This is a highly recommended restaurant for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine or is looking for a quality all-you-can-eat Japanese dining experience. I would definitely come back again.

Loved this new AYCE spot that’s close by our home in the NW ATX/Lakeline vicinity!

We stopped by Oumi on New Year’s for lunch and were very impressed and pleased with the attentive server and staff welcoming us, price point was right for a lunch spot and the offerings for food were order and they’d bring out and explain the dishes being coursed out.

I loved our special rolls we got along with the sashimi appetizers, would def get these again! My picky kiddo got an order of fried rice and some chicken nuggets which helped and we also appreciated that they were very much good about picking up our dishes and asking if we wanted to put in our next round.

Interior was clean, and aesthetic of the decor and bathrooms were very nice, well lit and maintained. For a spot that just opened, you can certainly tell they’ve worked to ensure it’s on its game for grand opening galore!

I’d come back and also very much liked the parking situation, which makes me always appreciative of eating without the stress of something else to think thru!

First time eating here and the experience was really nice. Our server was very kind and very attentive. What brought us here is all you can eat sushi. You can’t go wrong with that. The following pictures are all the foods we ordered.

It’s a really clean restaurant, and look super fancy for a restaurant. I loved the feel of the table that looked like a marble black table again super clean restaurant and would definitely recommend and the lighting was just perfect. Not too dark nor too bright just perfect environment for you and your loved ones. But more specifically perfect for your significant other or someone special in your life.

The booth seating is a whole new game. I mean the space and how long the seat was. All in all we truly liked the restaurant.

Awesome dining experience. Food was great. The sashimi and sushi are melting in your mouth. The rolls was just okay in my opinion. The surprise was the hibachi steak which was super tender. Our server was Eka and he took really good care of us. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Eka and come ask for him when you come by. Will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely Phenomenal! Our server, Kaylee, was super sweet, accommodating, and attentive. Let’s get to the nitty gritty: The food, amazing. I highly recommend the Sexy Girl roll, it was super filling and a perfect combination of tuna and salmon. I also really liked the Kake Udon with chicken- the broth was perfect! The teriyaki chicken, shrimp tempura, pork dumplings, and baked mussels were all superb you really can’t go wrong there. Finally, the dessert- green tea ice cream and banana tempura both equally perfect sweet treats to end the meal. Will definitely be coming here in the future. For the price (one adult = $23 during lunch) it’s really generous considering other sushi places in Austin. Be mindful, since they recently opened- the timing might take a little while for certain dishes to come out, but other than that this place is goated, clean, and overall delicious.

I heard through grapevine that this new restaurant opened yesterday and my husband and I stopped by for dinner. I was immediately impressed by the beautiful decor and how spacious and comfortable the seating area was. Considering it was the soft opening and the very first day for the restaurant, we had a great experience. Our server was quick to come by to take orders and very friendly. The food came out incredibly fast – they didn’t have a lot of customers yet so that probably helped.

We had gyoza and crab rangoons for appetizers which were both delicious. We ordered a BUNCH of rolls. I didn’t personally care for the Honey Roll (sweet potato) or Austin Roll (crawfish) that my husband ordered, but he ate them. 🙂 The Double Salmon Roll sounded good but the sriracha sauce kinda overpowered the fish. The Hollywood was pretty good. My favorite roll was the Angry Lobster which I would definitely order again. I also got salmon nigiri which is one of my favorites and it was decent! Don’t skip the sesame seed balls which should be on the dessert menu instead of appetizer menu – very interesting and tasty!

I’m looking forward to coming back and trying some other rolls.

Best AYCE Sushi in Austin!

I have tried many new AYCE places in Austin and this is the best one! Our server Illyana so kind and attentive and the food was AMAZING! They served our sashimi and nigiris on a boat!!! (crazy service and presentation for AYCE). Also the sashimis were sooo thick and pieces were huge . Atmosphere is clean and big! Great for date nights, large groups and more! I 100% recommend and I will be back!!

This restaurant is worth the wait because it is absolutely stunning. The ambiance is unmatched. It honestly reminds me of some decked-out sushi spots in Miami or New York but in Texas. What it looks like on the outside is nothing compared to how stunning it is inside. They even have a spacious party room available for reservations. The food menu was vast, and the sushi rolls were great. I ordered the Double Salmon Roll, Crazy Roll, Philadelphia Roll, gyoza, spring rolls, and several sweet potato tempura rolls, etc. They do have a beverage menu that offers a variety of drinks (margaritas, wine, sodas, juices, etc.). Unlike other AYCE spots, this restaurant uniquely offers a couple of dessert options.

All I can say is WOW!!! Oumi is soo fresh and tasty, you get zero fishy flavor in any of it. We got the lunch AYCE and it’s only $23 per person which for the quality provided it is a STEAL!!

The service is on point, everyone is basically your server and they work very well together. You can just tell it’s a great environment to work in with the kindness and happiness the servers show.

The environment is BEAUTIFUL and HUGE! The owner put a lot of thought into this place and it shows. This will be our new go to!
