Over the years, I have heard great things about Otto’s food and have seen delectable photos. I was in the area and needed to grab food to go for my family. I ordered a variety of things to try (went on a Monday, not a day when they offered their fresh pizza dough otherwise I would have got pizza to try too). I ordered enchiladas, tacos, sub (maybe Italian, mozzarella sticks, gyro, and loaded fries. We all shared everything so we could taste it all.
Overall, the food was good and I loved that they offered a lot of homemade items (tortillas, taco sauce). I do not think this food would be food I would ever crave and I don’t want to run back and try their food again right away. I do think I’ll eat here again, because the food was good, just didn’t meet my expectations and I have had much more flavorful food. I’m still rating this establishment 4 stars as my food was as ordered, the employees were kind, and the food was plenty!

Without a doubt . You have to stop here . If your traveling to Ohio or close to Pittsburgh a must stop. Family owned (3 generations )and absolutely lovely bartender . Unfortunately, we did not stop on Saturday. Saturday is the day for hand rolled dough Pizza . Oh! Don’t forget to buy a shirt . You will love it .

Pretty bad experience. It wasn’t crowded, but it was very smoky so we chose to go sit outside and eat 🙂 the bartender was a young gal who pretty much ignored us and it really wasn’t busy so it was hard to get her attention… the burger was like a gray kind of pasty meat looking substance but I just wouldn’t recommend on a good note. I did hear they have amazing tacos or there’s a taco night or something? I hate giving a bad review but we tried to talk to the staff several times and got absolutely nowhere. I will say the cook looked like he was running his butt off.

I didn’t eat anything, and I do want to try someday. Just stopped for drinks. The place packed compared to the last place we came from. The nice thing I noticed was that one of Patrons was having a birthday, and the bartenders gave that control of the jukebox. I thought that was pretty cool. I will definitely stop back to try the food.

Stopped in for a quick lunch passing through. The town is so picturesque from the bridge, we couldn’t resist. Otto’s has been around for 50+ years, has a very nice patio, the inside is rustic and comfortable. Smoking is allowed which was a surprise being from out of state. Prices were “small town” reasonable and everything was very good. Patio was self-service style which was no issue for us. It would be 4.5 stars – the smoking and self service kept it from 5. A very friendly and positive experience.

Important to note that it’s very smoky and they don’t have ventilation (fan in the doorway), so if you’re allergic, it’s not a good fit for you.

Just a down-to-earth watering hole friendly people grapefruit wonderful staff I couldn’t ask for a better place to go have a drink and eat lunch or dinner or even just to have a snack and a drink and hang out with some friends or meet new ones. Taco Tuesday turned into fresh burgers on Tuesday. Staff was super friendly helping others with orders, etc. if you want tacos come on Monday or Wednesday. Gravel lot but street parking for the bike.

I really like Otto’s food especially the taco’s they are my favorite! We just tried the fresh dough and it was very good! My family and I tried the fresh dough pizza and fresh dough pepperoni balls they were very good! I would definitely recommend Otto’s food always to anyone looking for good food for dine in or take out! We will be trying the enchiladas next among other menu items!

Stopped in at Otto’s Tavern to get a quick bite to eat and few drink’s. Ordered the mushroom onion cheese burger with crispy frie’s and beer cheese. Service was fast..place was clean. And people there were friendly and helpful to let us know where to park for going kayaking..very enjoyable!
