I came into Otto’s yesterday for the very first time and let me just say the customer service I received from Marita was some of the best service I’ve ever had in my life. She was extremely welcoming, polite, and treated me like I was a regular customer. I highly recommend stopping by to grab a slice and receive some extremely professional customer service. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. The food is absolutely amazing and competitive, but even the north end in Boston as far as. The quality and taste around the staple product focusing on their pizza, but the experience goes even further than that yesterday there were two employees Liv Marita who were the very best at making me feel welcomed and actually appreciated and they were the only employees there at the time and it was very impressive to have that innate customer service that carried me through the day in a great mood and it showed where people were asking me at work what got me into a good mood? I stoped here for lunch today and tried ordering a sandwich. When I told the lady at the counter what vegetables I wanted on it I was told they will not add or subtract anything from their sandwiches. You take it or leave it as is . I just grabbed a slice of pizza. First and last visit to Ottos.

Damn good pizza. Have only done carry-out, but bet dining in is equally enjoyable. You’ve got to try something exotic – recommend the habanero mango, which really isn’t that spicy. Can grab a six-pack from the shop in the shared space to make a complete backyard experience of it.

Ottos has always been my go to pizza place since I’ve moved to Maine. McKenzie at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions and answering all my questions thoughtfully. The food here is always outstanding and usually am left with no leftovers! The new bar and seating area is awesome with many local beer and cocktail specialties.

Quite possibly my favorite pizza in Maine and perhaps ever. I will drive 45 min just to get a pie. The chew of the dough, the flavor combo specialties, the quality cheeses.. I have no problem eating a whole small (and that’s not because it is a small portion, it’s just that delicious).

Not being from the area, and being vegan, I ordered a veggie pizza but after placing the order online they called to let me know they saw I chose vegan cheese and wanted to know if I was vegan since one veggie topping I ordered (butternut squash) was prepared with butter and I didn’t know. That was so helpful, I was really glad that they caught it! I switched to a different veggie and the pizza was delicious and filling!
