Last 2 times, soggy pizza, they didn’t use wax paper or whatever they use inside the box to prevent sticking the last 2 times as well, so it stuck to the box. Dough seemed a little undercooked tonight as well. 1 time = bad luck/bad night, 2 = pattern. Bummer because it was good for awhile. Looks like they just don’t care… consistency matters!

Ordered here before, and typically really like the food. Last time, I got the margarita pizza, and it was so soggy, I didn’t eat it at all. Fast forward to tonight, my boyfriend wanted to order from there, so he got a meat lovers pizza, which he’s gotten before and loved. This time, it was completely soggy and he was pretty grossed out. When I called, the guy on the phone was like “oh sorry, I’ll talk to the cooks in the kitchen.” And I then asked about a refund for the pizza (we got the pizza, cheesy bread, meatballs and tiramisu) to which he had to call me back, so he could call his boss. When he called back, he said that “unless it was uncooked dough, and a health hazard, we can’t do a refund.” To which I was AMAZED…. Because WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? They were completely fine with us being disgusted and not enjoying a $20 pizza… after some back and forth, unfortunately I had to drive back to the pizza shop for a second time, just to prove the pizza was inedible. The customer service was incredibly horrendous. And for the price you pay- you shouldn’t be getting soggy pizza.!

Otto pizza is alway a great place to dine. The pizza is very good and the quality is always the same regardless of which one you visit! The staff is helpful, the pizza is always hot!

SO GOOD! We had never been and ordered pizza. It was cooked perfectly, not greasy at all, so much flavor in the caramelized pears and pulled pork combo and really great thin crust New York style pizza. It was the perfect amount of toppings, not cheap and not overloaded. Great job, guys. I gave them 4 stars because when we tried to order from their website there were certain meat pizzas it wouldn’t let us choose the size for. It was not a seasonal thing. Also tried their homemade ranch and it was yummy! We will definitely order from there again!

Ordered a meatball and ricotta pie delivered in early June. What arrived was some weird blob of mashed potatoes and bacon. They sent out a customer email survey which I filled out and shortly got a “we are so sorry” response with a promise of a refund. End of month credit card statement arrives…nothing, no refund. Lots of talk about customer service but no action.

We had a custom pizza last evening and it was absolutely delicious. We started with the 4-cheese and added red sauce and eggplant. I have found it hard to get a good Italian-style pizza in Ipswich, so I’m very happy that Otto is now in town!
