Had a hilarious situation and slip in competence from the kitchen staff. We ordered the meatball ricotta and basil pizza with double dough, and we got a meatball ricotta and BAY LEAVES pizza. It’s cracking me up about how silly of a mistake this was. I don’t know if the person cooking thought bay leaves would be a good substitute for basil or doesn’t know the difference, but a fair review would read “good pizza, but the bay leaves were tasteless and tough.” I also made the poor financial decision to pay $8.56 for 3 cookies.

I eat here often and the quality of the food is what anyone would look for. The tiramisu is delish and wouldn’t it be nice if they had a few beers in tap! Great staff and the place is squared away overall (appreciate a clean bathroom). Thanks Otto’s – Rantoul !
P.s. atmosphere is basic and a little flare would help the experience.

Otto Pizza offers good slices with fresh ingredients. The menu has a nice mix of options and the service is generally quick and straightforward.

We dined in and thought the pizza was delicious! The pineapple, bacon, and hot honey was soooo good!

This pizza was supposed to be LARGE and double dough! It was short and UNDERCOOKED. For $33 it needed more time in the oven and the dough needed to be stretched out more. I brought this home hoping to have a good dinner, instead the pizza was doughy and honestly gross. I’m never coming back to this beverly location go to LYNNFIELD instead.

Well, I just had the worst pizza ever, and I am DONE with Otto. I have had good experiences in the past, but QC has declined. The staff has always been friendly, the quality has gone out the window. This happens when solid small store success bloats with franchising and expansion. The pizza smelled funky when I put it in the car. Something was way off, as in hopefully not spoiled. You’ll be hearing from me if I am sick tomorrow. Inedible, after a slice and a half I tossed it. Sad.

Great New York style pizza. The sauce is clearly fresh and made in house. Loved the pepperoni pizza. The cheese was tasty and the pep was perfectly spiced. And the ranch also tasted fresh made.

Sorry, OTTO just isn’t cutting it.
We’ve eaten in
(they only have three tables lol),
we’ve carried away,
and we’ve had their doordash.
They can’t seem to get the cooking time right. It’s super soggy all the time regardless of the cook-time request. We’ve had dozens of their pizzas and at this point I just need to give up.
Lots of potential there, so it’s really unfortunate.
I attached a picture of our most recent doordash. All the toppings slid right off the pizza because the delivery person didn’t know that a hot pizza can do that. Especially one that is soggy anyway.
No, I did not have doordash replace it, because this WAS the replacement pizza
(they had already sent a pizza an hour earlier that was a totally incorrect pizza) lol it was just not my pizza day!
Nonetheless it got me thinking about the last couple of years and make the decision that we’re just going to spend our hard-earned pizza money elsewhere.

OTTO pizza in Beverly is very good. Their pizza is one of the best, if not the best, in the whole town. The only reason for 4/5 stars is the price. A large specialty pie and their slices are far overpriced.
Employees are very friendly and welcoming. I will be back.

Staff was pretty nice and place is pretty nice but for how much the pizza costs it’s just ok. Don’t think I’d ever eat here again . Pizza smelt weird and had a weird taste
