We had an excellent dining experience. The staff were very attentive and provided great service. The fish was exceptionally fresh, and the sushi rice was perfectly portioned — unlike many all-you-can-eat places. The only small suggestion would be to add a bit more flavor to the rice, as it was slightly bland. Overall, highly recommended! Also, they have 20% discount for nurses.

This place had me coming back and back. I’m new to the area. This is new to me how this whole setup is set. Amazing sushi. Amazing quality. The sauce on their rolls are out of this world. I always forget to leave a review due to food coma afterwards. Service is amazing. Always checking up on you to see if you’re satisfied. Always clean. Also free parking inside garage. Ask the server to scan your parking ticket. BYOB plus they set up everything for you

Incredible food, stunning space, and standout service. Otter Fine Sushi is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the Fort Lee/NYC area.
The sushi is fresh and creative, and the presentation is next level. But what really elevated our visit was Isaac, the manager. He was professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in offering a high-end guest experience. You don’t often see that kind of attention to detail anymore.
This place is perfect for a date night, celebration, or just treating yourself to a fine evening. The vibe is upscale but not pretentious—just good energy and phenomenal food.

The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and this place is hands down the best sushi restaurant in Fort Lee. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, with Japanese city pop playing in the background—it really sets the mood.
The staff are all super friendly, and the service is outstanding from start to finish. I can confidently say this is one of the best sushi spots in all of New Jersey. At this price point, it’s hard to imagine finding sushi and sashimi of this quality anywhere else. Highly recommended!

The interior is superb—stylish, clean, and clearly well thought out. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and hospitality of the serving staff. These two factors alone justify calling this place a “fine” sushi spot.
In addition to the sushi and rolls circulating on the conveyor belt, you’re allowed to place special orders—up to 5 pieces of sashimi (for dinner) or nigiri sushi at a time. The quality of these made-to-order items was excellent.
That said, I can’t say the same for most of the items on the belt. They were, for the most part, pretty average.
Still, the overall experience was good enough to warrant a second—and probably third—visit from me. I just hope they slightly improve the quality and variety of the conveyor belt selections.

Otter Fine Sushi is a great addition to the neighborhood! From the warm and elegant ambiance to the impeccable service. The staff was attentive and eager to offer great recommendations. The sushi itself was great-each piece beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. The unagi and special rolls were absolute standouts. Plus, the fact that it’s BYOB makes the experience even better. We had a great time there and definitely came back.

I gave this spot a try for lunch and here’s my honest take: it was pretty disappointing. We did the all-you-can-eat option, but the selection was very limited—mostly rolls, and hardly any actual sushi. There are three conveyor belts, but only the middle one was running, and everything on it seemed pre-made rather than freshly prepared. The servers were friendly but clearly overwhelmed, even though there were only about 8–10 tables.
If you’re looking for all-you-can-eat sushi, you’re better off going somewhere else—even Kura Sushi is a step up, and I’m not a huge fan of their quality either. Overall, this was likely my first and last visit.
The place had a strange vibe—very quiet, with soft background music that didn’t really help. The interior is clean, though that might just be because it’s a newly opened spot. It’s also worth noting that this is a BYOB restaurant.

This place is a good deal for AYCE! Compared to other AYCE options, this is a very good balance of quality and price. My one complaint was that the staff didn’t really explain the system to us at all. There’s a premium tier and I was nervously avoiding eel stuff because the menu said unagi was premium tier. But then I saw the back and saw that eel rolls were included in the base tier. Also the kitchen stuff and nigiri ordering also wasn’t really explained to us but we managed to figure it out. We will be going again for sure, and had a great experience! I just wish staff took the time to explain how it all worked at first.

A decent place to get conveyor belt sushi. I wanted something quick so decided to give this place a try. Inside, the restaurant was beautiful. Service was okay. The options were good, lots of rolls with tuna/salmon. The taste was okay, tasted like your typical sushi conveyor belt spot without the nice ambiance. The food was sticky, cold, at times. I prefer kura’s taste and pricing.

This place delivers exactly what you want from an all-you-can-eat sushi experience — and then some. The service was polite, fast, and efficient without feeling rushed. The sushi was fresh and well-prepared, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including rolls, sashimi, appetizers, and more.
Everything we tried was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking to enjoy quality sushi without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!
