Good food and delicious fries! My only issue is the portions of fries are weak and in this day and age of social distancing, contactless interactions, and Covid, why is any business still making customers sign for transactions under $20? No one wants to touch the yucky filth pens!

The food was actually pretty good. The only problem with it was that the shrimp were a bit undercooked. After the reviews they had been receiving they must have made changes as the service was fast for us. We were constantly asked if we wanted refills. The waitress we received was friendly as well. The atmosphere was a bit quiet, but it was to be expected given that we were there early.

I went here yesterday afternoon. It took us 20 minutes to be sat. The hostess told us how crazy busy they were even though we could see that they had 5 tables that were sat. We ordered 2 spicy bloody Maria’s and a coors original. We were given 2 bloody Maria’s that were made with just tomato juice and nothing else. They were very plain and we had to add the Tabasco our selves. We were also given a coors lite instead of a coors original. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time because it took so long for our server to acknowledge us we were ready to order. It took 20 minutes for the drinks to come out and an hour for the food. The food was good. After the server dropped off the food we didn’t see her again. We were never given water refills. We had to ask the hostess for the check since our waitress never came back to check on us. This whole time you that we getting bad service you could see the staff standing around the bar having social hour. I would not go back to this place.

We site showed ribs and chicken. Nope. That ended last month. BUT, special posted was prime rib beginning at 2pm. We arrived after 2:30. Sorry, 30 minutes. We waited…..and waited. At 3:30 we asked and were told after 4pm. We can get a burger or chicken strips pretty much anywhere.

There was one waiter that was actually working. The manager was okay. Our waitress, or should I say waitresses, were awful. I actually don’t even know who our waitress was because I only saw her twice and a different waitress once. Food was okay, but they messed up my order. Waitress also forgot to charge us for a couple things, which I don’t think was a favor but rather a mistake on her end from lack of care for her job. If this were my staff I would fire them all, start from scratch, and run a tighter ship.

While visiting Blackhawk I decided to try this restaurant I had the farmers pick breakfast and the homemade pancakes. The food was on par with major breakfast chains and if you have comp dollars the price can’t be beat. Staff was friendly and attentive.

We love this resturant. Its small and the wait time is minimal.The lady at the desk is always friendly and the food is delicious.
You do have to go up to the counter and order your food and as for drinks you can buy bottled or go to the casino floor next to the resturant and serve your self.

Well 1st and foremost if it were up to me I wouldn’t even give “1 star” the customer service was a horrible experience, after being seated we were not acknowledged we had to ask for our drinks and to order our food. This is by far a hideous restaurant I will also share with my many friends and family that come to the casino hopefully the owner can make some positive changes or CLOSE DOWN!!

Terrible staff, piss poor customer service, and a lack of professionalism. Took us 30 minutes to be seated when we were the only ones in line, sat at the table for 45 minutes without even getting the drinks we ordered while the people who were seated after us had already gotten thier food and left. Save yourself the anger and just go to the buffet and dont waste your time here.

The free prime rib meal for signing up for a players card and playing a bit was very tender and fresh, with gravy on the side for the mashed potatoes, au jus for the prime rib, and horseradish sauce for the veggies. It came very quick, with friendly service and the sodas were free, self serve style.
