We went for coffee and saw they had breakfast. The burritos (Spruce Breakfast Burritos) were in the refrigerated cooler and then the coffee shop warmed it up for us. It was very tasty and not overly priced. We tried the Red Hot Chili Mocha which did have a kick, but was very delicious. The atmosphere was great especially with the “District” right next door – will need to try the donut place next time (but was full from my burrito).

Otis Craft Collective has excellent coffee and is a very cute shop. I would not hesitate to go there for a coffee and snack. I was buying whole bean coffee from them and though it is excellent, I have a problem with the new trend to sell 12 oz bags. Freshness isn’t an issue for us as we go through a lot of coffee. For top dollar, I expect a full 16 oz. Many roasters seem to be doing these short bags, so unfortunately for them, I will only get my whole bean coffee from vendors who sell a full pound. Too bad. If this isn’t an issue for you, then by all means enjoy, as it is an excellent product. Maybe Otis will rethink this if tariffs eventually come down.

We were the oldest people there so this review comes from that perspective. Hot chocolate was good since it is made with whole mild. The sofas, when available, are nice and comfortable although a bit old and worn. This shop has the typical ‘hard surface’ decor (steel and concrete) which makes it hard to hear.
Based on the other customers this looks like a good place to go on a date with your phone or laptop.

Hidden gem of the area! Found this place through Google Maps/Reviews as I’d never heard of it before. They always have fun, special rotating drinks! I’ve had a pistachio rose lavender matcha latte that literally one of the best things I’ve ever had anywhere. And the Cereal Milk latte was so interesting too! Bright, nice area to work, but lots of the tables are high tops and few outlets for charging. Staff is always super nice! There can be a bit of a wait if they’re busy, but reasonably so.

Lovely local coffee joint with something for everyone! We got to meet the owner, Chris, who was such a joy.
Huge area with lots of seating (inside and out) and creamy coffee in nice dine in cups.
Baristas are nice and welcoming and treat every customer with respect, the drinks were made in a very timely fashion.

Staff is amazing! Thank you!
I get the iced matcha with oat milk and maple syrup & my boyfriend gets a cappuccino with whole milk. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and their oat milk is gluten-free. As for my boyfriend, this is the only place he’s found around town that makes a consistent cap.
Everyone here is amazing. I tell everyone I know about this place. Thank you so much for making my mornings so much better!

I have had both a latte and a Chai tea and both times both were spectacular and the employees just as sweet as can be. I work right up the street, this is now my place. I love the inclusiveness as I too am unique. The handmade syrups and fun unique flavors make this place extra special.

Really glad I ended up working from this coffee shop for the morning. They had plenty of seating and plugs. The district itself has even more seating outside of Otis. I appreciate the outdoor seating with flowers, all of the tables selling the local craft goods and the baristas were so friendly. I got a Chai iced latte which was refreshing. Wifi was easy to connect and stable throughout my visit.
