Stopped in on a whim. Saw the place as I drove by. Pretty clean lots of walk decorations. Quite at lunch. Quick service. Extensive menu. Recommend for quick bite. Multiple tables little counter looking out the building. has a drive thru window.

So I went through the Drive-through and tried to order an other dog a.k.a. Wonder dog. A other dog is a hot dog With meat on it or meat sauce and onion , however, you want say it not a hotdog with chili on it, which would be a chilli dog, not a Chicago dog drugged through the garden with sport peppers and stuff. It just simply has meat on it meat sauce, and you put the rest of your condiments on it. She kept asking me what did I want on it? Nothing I just want other dog and then she kept asking me so I came in the store. She had a bad attitude about it. She wanted me to get the combo, but I said no Three other dogs so we get the hotdogs and the whole time we are eating, she has a mean stare at me when I leave out she does the same thing. No I don’t appreciate that. I come in here and buy their buy five get one free literally all the time through the drive-through and I’ve never once had a problem this right here is a major problem to me Today is April 10, 7:19 PM so whoever that young girl was I don’t appreciate that. It’s bad enough you need to pay $20 for five hotdog and then when you do you get a attitude what am I supposed to do with this? ♂️

Some really really good Dawgs! Staff is friendly and lots of different food to chose from. They also have desert. Plus you can get your own refills. Great place to grab some good food and they have a drive thru, plus a really cool dine in area with lots of old signs, history and pictures. Give them a try you’ll like it.

Straight out of my childhood, the perfect mid-western chili dog. If you know, you know. Perfect soft bun, moist dog, and tasty meat sauce. Good solid tamale too. We got the special with 2 dogs, a good deal. Cole slaw good too. I traveled 2,000 miles and it was totally worth it for this dog alone.

The worst Italian beef ever! If I wanted steak um meat then I would have stayed home. (I wouldn’t eat it at home either) It was terribly dried out and flavorless. Hot dogs weren’t so great either, but more edible than the Italian beef.

Disappointed, fries were still raw in the middle, coleslaw was nasty and dry. And the worst part is right before when are food was coming up employee coming walking threw the kitchen with no mask and started waiting on the customers and never did put one on. Don’t waste your money or health, avoid this place.

Nice decorations and history on the walls. That is as good as it gets. Let’s start with the Italian Beef: Microwaved dry as jerky, bread was ok peppers were spot on. Beef was so done even the Auju couldn’t bring it to life. Chicago dog: let’s start with the server first. Was told no onions, you guessed it onions when it was brought to the table. Dog was not a Red Hot or a Vienna, Relish was dill not neon relish, bun was plain not poppy seed, however was steamed, had sport peppers which is correct, pickle spears no celery salt, and tomatoes.
Price point was definitely high for the quality. Would never make in blooming to/normal with these two items, and definitely does not compare to even a street vendor in. Chicago. Hope the owner reads this and realizes maybe his employees are not serving the food he would .
However the lack of the produced himself tel me he has kit researched how to make these two items.
33.00 for two dried out beefs and a make believe Chicago dog was, well a little disappointing!

So I come in, nobody greets me. Nobody acknowledges that I’m standing there for about 3 minutes. The atmosphere was kind of rude to say the least. I’m just sorry that they didn’t realize that it came across as rude. I’m not gonna say racist or prejudiced, but rude. I haven’t even tried my food yet. I’m still sitting in the parking lot as I make this post, but all in all because I am a woman of God. I understand that some people just don’t know any better

I stopped in here because I had heard the hot dogs were good. I ordered two Chicago dogs, fries and a drink. It was $17. The hot dogs were not beef hot dogs. You can’t call it a Chicago dog if they aren’t all beef. There was a sliver of pickle on each one and no relish or celery salt. It was also diced tomato and not slices. The only thing that made it look like a Chicago dog was the poppyseed bun and sport peppers. The service wasn’t bad, however, I doubt I will return.
