Had a long layover so went to 2 different restaurants owned by this company (they own every restaurant in terminal C). Easily the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. Terrible portions, crazy overpriced and impersonal service (you order everything yourself online. Take advantage of the fact that they have a monopoly on restaurants in the airport. Very disappointed and will avoid flying through Newark in the future.

If you can, eat before heading to the airport. The OTG food is below mediocre for high prices. You’ll also have to wait at least 20 minutes for your food at the C terminal food court, which one would think would be quicker than a sit down restaurant. OTG knows they have a captive audience, so they have no incentive to invest in quality or service.

This company OTG is just awful. Not even sure where to start. Overpriced, food is thrown together, dirty areas ,service is terrible, incompetent Manger. The big question is how newark airport let’s this go on or whoever thought it was a good idea to have this company service the airport. I walk away from my 35 dollar meal after a long wait, rude employee and manager that took forever to come fix the situation for a refund that was never refunded. Then I find I’m being asked for a tip at self checkout and no one even said hello to me. Shame on newark ,a real black eye for the airport. Would be cheaper to fly from Philly

I would give this less stars if I could. Waited nearly an hour for food, after being told they wouldn’t have anything for almost 45 more minutes I let them know I already placed my order and was waiting. She literally threw a fit that she wasn’t aware of my order, and the she now had to make me food. Worst experience ever. 0/10 do not recommend

A bit over priced for what you get . The rating is not so much on the food as it is on the service. Literally didn’t even see my server until the end . Nonetheless the yogurt parfait was good.

Unfortunately when you remove a cashier and rely on technology, the process is subject to error and glitches. I, along with a dozen others, waited 45 min for my burger at the airport and ended up taking whatever food was available, as order were not processed correctly. The food was over cooked and inaccurate. Very poor experience and strongly recommended avoiding this service.
