Trying Nigerian food for the first time, it did not disappoint. I found this spot on TikTok not knowing how close to home it was. Luckily we got there right before opening because when we were parked and waiting they have like 4 cars waiting also. This was on a Sunday. I knew I wanted to try their $20 platter that was trending. The wait time wasn’t to bad; everything was cooked to order. They don’t have indoor seating only outside and super limited. Better off taking your food home if you’re a group of +3. Inside was cool and had some chairs for you to wait. The only reason I’m not giving this place a 5 rating is due to lack of customer service. I wasn’t greeted nor was the gentleman super nice just bland attitude. Overall, the dish itself was good. Lots of flavor and a little kick to it. I’d definitely return to try more off their menu.

Got a chicken shawarma and small portion of beef suya via delivery app. The shawarma was stuffed with chicken, coleslaw, sausage and a very spicy sauce. If you don’t like pepper, skip the sauce. It’s more than enough for two people to eat.
The beef suya is cut into bite-size pieces, spiced well and is tender. This is definitely one of the best suya spots in Houston.

It’s not a question. Don’t even think about it or consider going somewhere else if it’s Suya you’re looking for. As someone who grew up in Lagos on Ikoyi Club Suya and Glover Court Suya, this is absolutely hands down the best Suya I’ve had in America and I’m willing to bet on it. Not to mention and nice clean restaurant space and great service. Oh and the portion sizes are insane. One order of beef Suya can literally last me two days or at least 2-3 meals. They also have a Suya box that comes with Jollof rice and plantain and coleslaw. Insane value for your money. Lary took great care of me at the houston store. LOVE IT!

I was craving chicken suya — something spicy, tender, flavorful, and satisfying. What I got from Osuma Suya was nothing short of a tragedy on a plate. It wasn’t suya; it was a burnt sacrifice that even a stray dog would turn away from. Charred beyond recognition, dripping with thick black grease, it was an insult to both taste and craft. Whoever manned that grill showed no respect for food, customers, or the name of the establishment. That person needs to be replaced immediately. I couldn’t even bring myself to take a second bite.

A lil pricy, the beef suya come in a small container but packed and looks like much 30.00 with onions. Was told no call in orders. The suya was good, it didnt over kill will heat and spice. It wasnt dry. The suya was fresh have gone back twice will go back. Not a place to dine in, just pick up and go. The place fill with smoke from fresh cooking but there is a big fan/ vent. Cool place for take out.

I wish there was inside seating other than that the food was quality along with the service. It took maybe 10 min for the food to be served and for made to order food i can’t complain. I got the shawarma with chicken and beef with no sausage. I shared fries with my friend with the shawarma sauce and it was fire . The Chapman drink was so refreshing i do wish it was colder though. Appreciated the fact that while waiting we even received a sample of the suya which was very unexpected but very tasty. I will definitely be back again. Also the art on the walls are a nice touch and my friends and enjoyed figuring out the portraits were. I do wish they could be open longer as an after hours spot that would be soooooo clutch!!!!

$85 all together, everything spicy as hell but they have crisp cold drinks to subside the heat

Saw an IG post and said Babe let’s go try them out.
He says okay order 1 plate because we are tired of paying for nasty food!
Loved the clean feont and it had a good vibe and decor.
Got our food opened it up to see what it looked and smelled like in the parking lot. I took 1 bite of the Beef Suya, jollof rice, coleslaw slaw and plantain and immediately went back in to get a 2nd order of the Goat Suya Box! I dont like SPICY SPICY food this level was perfect and I just had a little sweat going on. Both the Beef and Goat was so tender! Others we’ve had the beef was like jerky and goat was bones with little meat. Portion sizes to cost was excellent t!
The Service and Food Both 10 out of 10!
Its a 20 to 30 minute wait but for me it was worth it!!!
Sorry No pics we inhaled it. Next time!!

It was my sister’s and my first time visiting after hearing so many great things about it. Emi was great and very helpful. He was patient and answered all the questions we had about the sides and spices. It’s also very clean! I do think it’s a little pricey, but the suya was good and perfectly spicy!
