I have booked this restaurant three times before for large groups, so I was very disappointed by my recent experience.
When my mother called to reserve a table for three people for tomorrow for her birthday , she was left waiting on the phone for more then 10 minutes and the lady never responded. When the lady finally responded, she said rudely, “Je suis en plein service,” even though she was the one who kept my mother waiting.
I also politely asked if it would be possible to be seated on the left side of the bar for our visit tomorrow because i know the restaurant well and like this place and the response was very rude. She said she couldn’t stay on the phone and made no effort to help.
This behavior was disrespectful toward both me and my mother. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Chill place on the smaller side. The cold cuts are and average pasta. Pizza looks good though I didn’t have it. Come for the wine definitely not anywhere close to Geneva’s Italian options but worth checking out.

Do you know what I always marvel at in Italian pizzerias in Geneva? Why in Italy even a glass of water is brought with a stand, and when the same Italians create their business here, they save on everything. I understand that glass holders in Geneva are expensive, but pizza cost is not 5 euros either.
Listen, really, when you charge 60 francs per person for a very modest dinner, putting him between the kitchen and the toilet is it difficult for you to serve a napkin under a glass of drink?!
Well, what can I tell you, this is classic Geneva service.
The food is very tasty.
If you want to eat delicious food, while not paying attention to the service – you can go there.

Overall impression: The visit to Osteria ZAZA was an excellent surprise. The dinning room is organized around the pizza oven and offer a view on the open kitchen creating a very immersive experience. If you like pizza & pasta, go there without hesitation !
I decided to try the Gran Bosa pizza and loved the dough and the topping association. I’ld like to go back and try some of the other dishes on the menu !

Amazing pizza ! All the food menu is amazing , the staff is just so kind and willing to help you to enjoy your evening or lunch- the terrasse is just great during spring or summer and the drink list is nice and at the right place – honestly a must go place for everything above mentioned and atmosphere- booking is the must

We go to Zaza quite often and we never get out disappointed. Personnel very accommodating, characteristic ambient with Italian gastronomic choices well put together and explained by all courteous waiting staff. Highly recommended.

Best pizzas in town (at least so far). Everything was delicious. The place was packed. Did I mention the pizzas? I recommend the Pizza with mortadella or the grilled octopus.
