Had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner here! The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm, and the service truly outstanding. What made the evening even more special was the owner and the chef personally greeting us on our way out — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and genuine hospitality.

Love this place! It’s my go-to restaurant for my birthday, brunches with friends, or when my family comes into town. The food is delicious and I almost always get the Calamari and Crab Ravioli. The staff are incredible and take care of all the little details. They clear the plates in a timely manner, always make sure your cup has water, box up your food for you and they’re just super sweet. When I go with my grandmother they’ve held her arm and walked her to the table like family. Highly recommend this place!

I am so disappointed to write this review because this was one of my favorite spots for some delicious pasta. My cousin and I decided to go here to celebrate the new year because they had a special. We were so excited because we came specifically for the Fettuccine Osteria. The pasta is described as “House specialty “Table Side” red wine infused pasta, white truffle sauce, seasonal truffle”. The first red flag was the customer service that night. We understand that servers and waiters are busy and it is New Year’s Eve, but we were shocked at the wait and the lack of acknowledgment from the staff. Multiple customers were crowded at the door and none of the waiters acknowledged us unless they needed to get wine or some other item being blocked by patrons. There was no update from staff as to when we would be seated or any greeting. We waited about 30 minutes before we were seated even though we had reservations.

Once my cousin and I were seated at the table, our waiter Christian acknowledged us once because the Christmas tree kept getting tangled on my cousins hair. Christian moved us to a more comfortable seat and we were thankful but maybe we should’ve kept our original spot because we became invisible to our server as the night progressed. This was the most aggravating experience because I tried multiple times to get his attention and I just kept being ignored. Our appetizers and food took about 30-40 minutes each to come out. When the main course arrived it looked like Alfredo! If I wanted Alfredo I would’ve made it at home. Where was the regular red wine infused pasta, white truffle sauce, and the seasonal truffle on top. My cousin was super disappointed and the first to notice because she knew the pasta was not supposed to look the way it did. At this point I asked for a manager—they took the food back but when it came back out it was the same Alfredo pasta but with truffle sprinkled on top.

Lastly to make matters worse gratuity was included in the bill—which baffled me. I’ll never be back to this establishment. Please do not believe their hyped up instagram page.

I’ve dined here multiple times and usually have a great experience, which made this visit especially disappointing.

We had an 8:00 PM reservation for two and waited 30 minutes past our reservation time with no one greeting us at the door or explaining what was happening. Once seated, we weren’t offered the New Year’s menu and only learned about it after asking.

Service throughout the night felt very minimal. There was little to no check-in from our server, and it eventually got to the point where I had to leave the table to ask the manager about our food.

The Osteria pasta was not what was described on the menu. While it wasn’t bad, it looked like standard fettuccine and was not the tableside pasta experience I specifically came for, especially as someone who’s had it here before. We also had to speak with the manager regarding the shaved truffle, which should not have required additional follow-up at this price point.

For $85 per person, especially on New Year’s Eve, the experience should have been far more attentive and organized. This was unfortunately one of the worst experiences I’ve had here, which is disappointing given how much I’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past

Very nice place to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The waiter was very kind and efficient. The food was delicious. The chicken Parm and crab ravioli were cheesy/saucy and amazing. Wasn’t a huge fan of the Nutella dessert but the sponge cake was soft and not too sweet.

I wanted to like this place. The biggest issue I had was that they put the waiter’s first and last name on the receipts. That’s such an obvious security issue. Such an easy thing to change. The second was that the bill came and because we paid with card we had our total rounded up to the nearest $5 or $10? This also gets calculated with the tip as well so you pay a convenience charge and are meant to pay even more on the tip. Third thing is the Cacio e Pepe was a table side service and tasted nothing like what it should. The process of making is very important to the dish. It was like eating watered down Parmesan and a hint of black pepper. At least I was able to enjoy making a face in the food.
