We had dinner here tonight. All of the food was great. I told them to have the chef decide my meal and it was in the top 5 dining experiences I’ve had in all my trips to Italy. My wife and mother in-law also loved their meals. I don’t have any pictures because we just enjoyed our 2.5 hour dinner. The veal was amazing! The lampredotto croquettes were also a great starter.

Came to this place after a local recommended it to us. Food was very unique and tasted good. The only thing that was off putting was that they allowed the men who sell roses to come in and approach customers. When we came in we noticed the workers talking with one of the flower men in a friendly tone and then over the course of our dinner, 2 different men had come in and tried to get us to buy roses from them. Was suprised that a nice establishment like this would be okay with these men entering and bothering customers.

Had a great dinner experience at the Belguardo with excellent food and staff. Everything was delicious and was served in a decent portion size perfect for sharing among two. The bacon pasta was flavorful and had big pieces of bacon. My wife had the beef cheek with pumpkin sauce with meat cooked to perfect tenderness and a delicious sauce. I had the beef with artichoke which was also delicious. Some dishes were salted as mentioned in other posts but not to an extreme or overdone. A warm chocolate cake made the perfect ending. Service was friendly, prompt and efficient. The facility itself is modern in decor with a comfortable welcoming feel.

Nice location and the staff was friendly. We had nice dinner. Gamberi tempura was great. Calamari were not my favorite. Tagliolini buttera was a bit salty for me. Tiramisu and the coffee were good.
Later at night, the music was a bit loud, we asked them to turn it down a bit and they did without any discussion, relevant staff. But I have to confess that I liked the playlist actually 🙂

This was quite literally the best dish I’ve ever had in Italy, and maybe in Europe. I had the red onion buttons with a balsamic glaze and I swear I’ll be dreaming about this dish forever. On top of that, the service was so kind. Highly recommend.

Nice Osteria on the other side of the Arno river. Very cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff. We have had the Bistecca and Tuna pistacio. It is great and tasty but a bit salty on the potatoes.

Just finished dinner at Osteria Belguardo. Great food and wonderful service. We were fortunate to be seated with Dario serving us. He provided great suggestions and answered every question with a smile. The best of our Italian trip. We ordered the squid starter and rabbit ragu and filet for mains. All were expertly prepared and delicious. Try Berguardo, I think you will be impressed.
