I have been here several times, meals have been very good. In the pictures are the spaghetti and meatballs that I’m eating right now, meatballs are very flavorful, a little spicy but not overpowering. The other picture ,pepperoni pizza had in my last visit. Looks like a wood oven baked, but made in a traditional pizza oven. Crust is incredible, as well as the items on it. First visit I had to pappadella, the braised short rib tasted like a pot roast. Wasn’t thrilled with the flavor profile but I finished the whole meal because it tasted good. Great wine selection, fantastic staff, manager’s are constantly checking to make sure all is going well. I will continue to come here every couple weeks as they have not given me a reason not to.
Side note on my pricing selection. I always order a bottle of wine, that’s why I put $100 plus per person.

Outstanding experience with delicious meal. We had the pasta ala vodka sauce and pappardelle and braised short rib, and my friend had spaghetti with meatballs. All were delicious! Finished with tiramisu and panna cotta. Excellent meal!

One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had! We tried everything across the menu including the calamari, meatballs, carne pizza, truffle fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and lobster, braised short ribs pappardelle, and finally rounded our meal out with the tirimasu for dessert… Everything was exceptional and we had plenty to bring home… Our server Natalie was very polite, friendly and informative!

No reservation so we sat at the bar. Bartender was very informative regarding cocktails and wine.
The shrimp scampi was suppose to be spicy, ticket placed to not make overly spice unfortunately there was zero spice and extremely oily.
No bread! At end of our meal we saw bread being served to others, we asked why we didn’t get any especially since we had two pasta dishes…we were told you only get it if you ask???? We’ll we didn’t know to ask…

My husband and I went out for a much needed date night. Immediately upon walking in to Osteria Amici I was happy with our date night choice. Having a toddler we don’t often have time to enjoy a nice meal together let alone go out for one.
When you first walk in you are met with a beautiful scene. The atmosphere and vibe are that of modern elegance meets old world charm. The interior design of the space is on the masculine side with black and gold Edison Bulb lighting, dark wood, and neutral fabrics. The high ceilings and large windows bring an airiness to the space, allowing natural light to filter in from outside. The music is mellow and pleasant, not overbearing or distracting. The staff are, in a word, extraordinary. We were lucky to be able to grab a table quickly. Our server was well versed on the menu and made excellent recommendations. We never went without, the staff anticipated our every need.
We ordered the warm marinated olives for our antipasti. It was lovely. We especially liked the orange zest which brought a lightness to the palette. My husband had a glass of Edmund Fitzgerald (a porter) and I enjoyed a glass of Cabernet. For our main course we did a bit of a tasting of their pasta dishes. They make their pasta fresh in house daily. We ordered the Pappardelle alla Ragu followed by the Truffle Fettuccine and had the kitchen split each portion so we could enjoy both without swapping plates. We both especially enjoyed the pappardelle alla ragu, I mean you cannot go wrong with braised short ribs. The truffle fettuccine was also delicious and well balanced. For our dessert course we ordered the tiramisu a scoop of gelato and a double espresso. We left feeling satisfied, not stuffed to the point of discomfort, not hungry, that perfect content sweet spot.
I cannot think of a better dinning experience and wish we were going to be in the area longer to enjoy dinning with Amici. 15/10 HIGHLY recommend.
While I am sure anyone at Amici is capable of taking excellent care of you, our server Charles was phenomenal, and you should ask for him if possible!
Honorable mentions: well stocked bar, curated wine list, bulk fermented pizza dough for their house-made pizzas.

The food and service was the best I’ve experienced in Elkhart. We had the Fried Provolone and the Vodka Rigatoni w/ Meatballs. Everything was exceptional, can’t wait to come back. 10/10.

Finally decided to try Amici, we’ve been eager to since it’s opening. It did not disappoint! We were impressed with the decor and vibe as soon as we walked in. It has an industrial vibe while still feeling warm and inviting. I got the limoncello spritz and my husband got a mojito, both were delicious but the limoncello drink was the best. For appetizers we got the arancini and calamari. The calamari was cooked to perfection! Not too breaded and not rubbery at all. The arancini was also incredible. For dinner I got the Quattro formaggi and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t say that lightly, I’ve tried a ton of pizza in my life and this takes the cake. The dough was amazing! My husband got the shrimp scampi and you can tell the pasta is homemade! It was so, so good. For dessert we got gelato and tiramisu and both were delectable! Our server was very friendly and accommodating. I think her name was Katie? We will absolutely be back!

Atmosphere 5 stars, Service 5 stars (great job, Lily!), and Food 5 stars! We had the Foccacia and Calamari to share (I’m OBSESSED with the batter on the Calamari), Branzino and Shrimp Scampi, Gelato and Tiramisu. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend Amici and we will certainly be back!

My husband and I came here for the first time for our anniversary. We are very glad we did and we had a blast! Gorgeous space, beautiful and delicious food and drinks. We loved the soft ambient lighting. Our server Reese was so so fabulous and made the experience extra special, she did a great job explaining everything and was so friendly and comforting. Our first visit couldn’t have gone better! We will definitely be back and would recommend Osteria Amici to anyone!
