The portion sizes are huge. Definitely come hungry or be ready to portion it out over lunch the next day! The box literally couldn’t close. The prices reflect the size and portions of the food – you truly get what you pay for here. The quality, quantity, and care more than justify the cost.
The person taking our order was also wonderful – very chatty, and funny.
If you appreciate food that’s done right, this spot is an absolute must-try. Highly recommended!
The food here is top tier we found him on tiktok and when I tell you the food was amazing!!! Everything looked exactly the same to the T! The blues vibes the music was clean the establishment was extremely neat and organized ! He had a A on the wall from the health department the bathrooms were so clean and smelled like they had just been professionally cleaned the staff was super friendly !!!! The only set back is the wait time he cooks all his food fresh to order and by himself ! I definitely will be returning me and my husband and our kids this young man is different !!!!
Amazing food, friendly staff, and a great value.
Possibly the best chicken & waffles I’ve ever had.
I visited Osoks Coastal Brasserie after seeing it advertised on social media. My husband and I drove two hours to try it. The owner, who refers to himself as “Chef Osok,” was aware of my arrival because I messaged him beforehand.
When I arrived, the restaurant looked very nice and I was greeted by Angel. I ordered BBQ wings and Rotel fries, and my husband ordered a Philly cheesesteak and fries. My husband remained in the car while I waited inside.
While waiting, I observed that the owner appeared to be the only cook. He was preparing food, delivering plates to tables, and then returning directly to the grill. At no point did I see him wash his hands or change gloves between handling food and serving customers. In hindsight, I should have requested a refund at that moment, but I chose to give the situation the benefit of the doubt.
After I introduced myself as the person who had messaged him, his demeanor changed and he became more friendly. However, I was then told it would take an additional 40 minutes for the Rotel fries — after I had already been waiting nearly 30 minutes.
Since the Rotel fries were the primary reason for my visit and what I intended to review, we agreed that I would return the next day to pick them up. He also stated he would provide a complimentary meal due to the distance we traveled.
The following day, before leaving, I messaged to inform him we were on the way. He responded that they had run out of Rotel fries but could make a polish instead. I expressed my disappointment because we had already agreed I would receive the item I paid for. He then stated he was unable to fulfill the order due to catering and mentioned customers were coming in “20 at a time.”
Prepaid orders should be honored. Not only was I unable to receive what I paid for, but I was also told I could not place another order because they were too busy.
When I asked for clarification, the response felt dismissive. Although a substitute was again offered, the overall communication lacked professionalism and accountability, so I declined.
Taking a customer’s money and failing to fulfill the order — while responding with frustration when questioned — is not good business practice. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
