I had to get a last minute catering order and they had it completed in less than an hour (and even mentioned with notice they can have it ready for anytime). The customer service was top notch, even helping me carry it to my car. A great price for a large amount of food. They included tons of sauce and napkins/plates/cutlery as well. Very yummy!

The staff is very-well decent in terms of providing good service to the customer. They make the food according to the customer priorities. I travel most of the time from sudbury to Sault st. Merry for my work. I do visit this location for falafel everytime.

Osmow’s never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Their chicken shawarma and “chicken on the rocks” are my go-tos — the meat is juicy, the rice perfectly seasoned, and those sauces are addictive.

I just visited Osmow’s and ordered 4 Philly Cheese Chicken (half & half with extra garlic sauce) and 1 Falafel (half & half). Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the food I received. The chicken and green peppers looked barely cooked—almost like they were just thrown in without any proper preparation. On top of that, the garlic sauce was either missing or barely there, despite asking for extra. This is not what I expect from Osmow’s
