This shawarma spot in the mall is an absolute GEM. I wasn’t expecting it to hit like this, but wow. The food is fresh, packed with flavor, and they don’t skimp on portions at all. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, the garlic sauce was next level, and everything tasted like it was made with care.
But what really made the experience stand out was the service. The staff were super friendly, patient, and actually made you feel welcome — not rushed like most mall food places. They took the time to make sure my order was right and had great energy the whole time.
If you’re in the mall and even thinking about food, stop here. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had from a food court spot. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We came late at night after seeing a movie, and had to eat something before seeing a second movie. Mona met us at the counter, was transparent and communicative, kind, and patient. The way she interacted with customers, even later into the night, was astonishing. Food was great, too, so overall glad we picked the right food court restaurant.

The manager is great and the food was good. Only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of one worker, this shorter black woman. I tried to get food there one time and I asked her a question about the food and she just walked away muttering under her voice saying something. Then she just sat there near the computer doing nothing, she is incredibly rude and I don’t think she’s all there. I didn’t get food there because of her, she has no clue how to interact with customers. Very weird vibes she gives off. I think this location would be much better off without her

I visited Osmow’s for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The customer service felt cold and unwelcoming no greeting, no acknowledgment, and I wasn’t even sure how or where to place my order. It wasn’t during peak hours, so there was no excuse for the lack of basic customer service.
Staff seemed unmotivated and disconnected, almost like they didn’t want to be there. When I finally placed my order, I was told they were out of chicken and it would take 15 minutes to prepare which should’ve been anticipated if they were already running low.
When the food finally came, it didn’t live up to the wait. The sauce was just hot for the sake of being hot no flavor, no balance and overall the meal was dry and lacked substance. Definitely not worth the money or experience.

Angel was a really kind and helpful worker. He was very accommodating and understanding and did a very good job taking care of his workspace as well (ie. cleaning the grill). Great food. I definitely will be back and hope to see Angel again.

The food is good but the service and employees will definitely turn you away from this place. Usually only couple workers serving and they are very very slow. It takes them forever to move. I ordered Uber eats and went there like 40 minutes after. They were not even aware they have an order and the guy started to preparing my order and only gave me about have of the chicken portion when I said something there was a guy next to him who seems to be the manager or something like that he didn’t believe me while the chicken was on the plate so I told him to just look at it but he just ask the other guy if he give me full scoop, I wanted to go so I just got it and left. Also if you are serving food you need to stop itching your hair.

Thrice in 24 hours! I had to stop in Buffalo to try the Walking Shawarma. It was very good and I’m glad I tried it but I wouldn’t compare it to the OG menu items. Shout out to Shanea for her kindness and hospitality!
One thing to note is that Osmow’s is on the 2nd floor of the mall in the food court. So if you aren’t from the area, don’t rely on Google Maps to get you there. Just ask someone at the mall.
