Stopped by O’side Bakery on Saturday and wow the Cookie Butter Iced Latte was absolute perfection, 10/10! The food is just as incredible fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made every time. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and full of good vibes, and the music they play is such a vibe too! I even picked up one of their new shirts because it’s just that good! Thank you for always delivering amazing coffee, food, atmosphere, and service every single time. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve visited this café twice, mostly drawn in by the high ratings and convenient location near my boyfriend’s PT.
First visit: I tried the bacon, egg & cheese croissant sandwich on the staff’s recommendation. The croissant was very flaky—so much that it created quite a mess. While the ingredients balanced decently together, the sandwich was surprisingly bland without the bacon. It was filling, but at $10.50, I can’t say it felt worth the price.
Second visit: I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito, which was listed as a popular item on Google. When I opened the container, I was greeted with a pool of grease—not the most appetizing sight. As I ate, I noticed the sausage wasn’t evenly distributed, leaving many bites without any. Like the croissant sandwich, the burrito itself lacked flavor and relied heavily on the salsa for taste. Personally, I expect a breakfast burrito to hold its own, with the salsa serving as an enhancement—not a crutch. $11 for a bland burrito full of grease? No thank you.
Service: The staff was friendly, and service was quick on both visits, which I appreciated. I also tried the pumpkin shaken espresso during my first visit, and that was actually pretty good. The pastries in the case always look tempting, so maybe that’s what I’ll try next time.
Overall, I’ve been disappointed with the food, especially given the café’s 4.5-star rating. Great service, but unfortunately, the flavors just didn’t live up to the hype.

First thing is this place always has a line on the weekends, but it does move pretty fast just depends if you can find a table as tables are limited. The food was amazing. We got an omelette and crepes and it was really good. We also got some deserts and those were extremely good. Service outside was really good. I definitely recommend this place!

Update: ordering today was a bit frustrating because I ordered for pick up and I thought when I arrived my latte would be ready and it wasn’t but it was obvious the cashier was overwhelmed with a big order and the other employee was not supportive for a good 10-15 minutes she was cleaning tables when it wasn’t busy and walking around. It didn’t make sense.
Best place for croissants and best place for Strawberry matcha that I found in north county. I really like their banana bread latte too. In both drinks, the strawberry puree and the banana cream on top of the latte was delicious and tasted organic. The matcha tasted more premium too. They have a points system after earning 100 pts you get $5 off your order.

This place is THE spot for a croissant . It’s right by the police station and Pitstop Diner (with plenty of parking, bless), and it’s become our go-to for weekend breakfast. The crepes are so good, and I’m obsessed with the matcha almond croissants. They also sell whole cakes that are seriously beautiful. It always smells amazing when you walk in, just super cozy and welcoming. We love it here.

I forget her name but the African American girl with the septum ring who takes the orders is so sweet and always helpful with suggestions. I got the cookie butter latte. This was the best latte I’ve ever had in my life, omg!! The cold foam was almost custard like?? It was very thick and creamy! Plus it has cookie butter in the cup and crumbles on top. 10/10!

I love the food here but the customer service is the real gem! I have severe food allergies and often I feel like a burden on kitchen staff when eating out, but not here! The woman taking my order was kind and went out of her way multiple times to communicate my allergens to the kitchen staff to prevent cross contamination. She made me feel safe and seen. I cannot thank her enough!!!!

Had the best brunch ever here! Everyone was so welcoming and the vibes were immaculate. The food was so delicious that my husband and I barely spoke words to each other beyond pointing at the dessert and pastry displays and grunting between bites and sips of our Christmas iced lattes. 10/10 would recommend to absolutely everyone!

It was so good the first time, we went back two weeks later! My wife had the French toast with a fruit compote that was amazing! She let me have only one small bite! I had the big breakfast with two eggs, 4slices of bacon (traded the sausage), and hash browns. Good old fashioned American food, exceptionally well prepared. There’s a secret ingredient in the pancakes I think—vanilla maybe or almond extract—something that makes them a little fluffier and a tad sweeter than regular pancakes at Denny’s or IHOP.
This is my favorite place for breakfast and a little somethin’ from the bakery for later.
