Easily one of the worst restaurants I’ve eaten at. Wet burrito was cold inside and out, then I was expected to cut it with cheap plastic utensils. The tortilla was stronger than the fork/knife. The inside of the burrito was oflh so generously over 60% pico, then 30% guac, and less than 10% chicken. I had something hard/crunchy in there at some point, I assume it came from their chicken. All the food looked and tasted like it came from something pre-packaged or frozen. Nothing was made from scratch. I spent almost $17 on literal low quality junk. Should have just went to Chipotle instead where I can get more bang, WAY BETTER MACROS, for much less the cost.

Super cheap and super bomb! Was near close, but the staff was still really nice. I got al pastor fries and the meat was so tasty and tender, the fries were really tasty, everything was just good! Even the extra sauces they give were tasty. If I wasn’t new to the area and didn’t need to try everything at least once first I would probably eat here once a week, at LEAST once a month. I can’t wait to try their other menu items.

The surf and turf was excellent pricey though! grilled chicken taco my favorite! ( I eat GF) I ordered the chips and salsa ,and salsa wasn’t chunky like I like and was hot but chips were excellent! I asked if the street corn was on the cob and she said ” we take it off the cob” , but when we got it it tasted like canned corn . And our drinks ( horchata and Jamaica were from the fountain ( I’m used to fresh made ) the lady was very friendly and I highly recommend them

First visit today and the machaca burrito was the best. You guys nailed it! The two hot sauce’s have the perfect flavoring. I would recommend this place for breakfast. Poorly designed parking lot.

This is a good place to go. Honestly, its good. But lately i have been there and if ypu ask for lite onions, you get extra onions. I just ordered and came home and found a string of steel wool in my chips!

First time visiting I ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito I added potatoes for a additional charge. I also ordered my food to-go, the burrito is at least 12 inches long, made to order so the food was hot and fresh that alone is a plus in my book, I was pleased with my food flavorful and delicious. the breakfast comes with a drink. I work in the area so I will definately be returning.

I used to love oscar for their great service from Jonathan and Matthew. However once that girl started working there., the quality of service has dropped extremely. She is rude and over charges. She is not friendly and have a terrible attitude towards their customers. She tried to charge me $3 for a cup of ice. Unfortunately I love the food at Oscar’s but I will not be a returning loyal customer because of her!!!

Came out to Phoenix from Chicago for work in the Glendale/Waddell area. Was starving for lunch, so I stopped in Oscar’s. Great joint. Super clean. Very quick and friendly. Shredded beef tacos were bomb. Ask for the Verde salsa bottle!

Finally stopped in at Oscars Taco Shop on Litchfield and Bell. I ordered the Oscars Meal Deal for 6.99 and got a crunchy beef taco, bean tostada and 2 rolled tacos with guac and cheese and a drink. Not a bad value for the price. Taco was ok. Had tons of meat and was a great value but it just lacked a little something for my liking. I would eat them again though. The rolled tacos were great! Next time I will ask for no guac but the tacos themselves were tasty. The bean tostada was tasty but lost a lot of the crispiness by the time I got to it. It had quite a bit of beans on top so I think it was a great value. I would just advise eating it first not last like I did. My hubby had the Arizona burrito with no pico fried Chimi style (extra fee) with enchilada sauce and shredded cheese on top (extra fee). He loved it and said next time he will try it with the queso on top. Also ordered a container of rice and an 8 oz order of chips and salsa. Husband was not amused that there were carrots in the rice (blasphemy, right lol) but after picking them out he said the rice was good. In his words, the chips and salsa were like crack lol The salsa was a different flavor for me and at first I didnt like it but then it grew on me and I enjoyed it. The only major issue I had was it was VERY hot in the restaurant. I know it is a bazillion degrees outside and they have a ginormous grill but it was uncomfortable to me (despite the ceiling fans full blast) and I would not eat there while it was so warm. My only other con is they have Pepsi lol Score for the hubs bc he inheritated my drink. 🙂
My take is that they are a decent value and definitely tasty but I don’t think it will top my list of go to’s. But, I wont mind going now and then. 🙂 Hubs enjoyed it more than I so I am sure he will make a request for it sooner than I will lol
