Oh yum!! Delicious southern food made be true southerners-you can’t beat it. Loved the brown gravy. I can never make gravy like that. There’s a bunch of desserts I would love to try next time.

I decided to give Oscar’s a try for lunch. I was impressed with the decor a very old school diner type of feel. I was seated extremely fast. The menu was full of a variety of southern cuisine. I ordered some fried chicken, rice, and gravy. The chicken was hot and fresh, not much seasoning, on the food. I was impressed with the service. Not so much the food.

Yum yum yum! It was one of the best fried fish I’ve had. Amazing portions and friendly seevices. A must visit! I was visiting from Orlando, and by the outside, I was nervous going in. I’m glad I did.

Got to visit and see the autographed guitars. Old fashion diner menu, been in business since 1953, so they know how to cook and bake. Pies and cakes for dessert.

Literally the worst food I’ve ever eaten in my 33 years of life. The “rice” was like soup. The steak was chewy. The fried okra was burnt. We literally took one bite and left the rest. At least the Coca Cola was good but then again that came from a can

It’s been a long time since last stopping by Oscar’s. Came in and ordered to go. Sat at counter which was cool. I think the interior has been remodeled. Ordered pork chops with black eyed peas and green beans. The waitress (should have asked her name but didn’t) was so friendly and helpful. Answered my questions and offered suggestions. Interacting with her was a pleasure. Haven’t had service that good in a long time.

Went to Oscar’s for the 4.99 breakfast, price has gone up quite a bit! Service was perfect, a little bit of a wait. Good food! Met the owner and he was really nice, has an extensive collection of famous guitars that would rival ANY museum for sure!

Food was good and reasonably priced. We managed to make the $2 margarita happy hour. Woohoo! The place is usually busy, frequented by a lot of locals…a sure sign of a good restaurant/watering hole.
