Almost a week after thanksgiving tired of turkey leftovers… so we thought Oscars would be a great choice. Husband ordered a tuna sub, got home there was not a tuna sub but there was a turkey sub. The only way it was identifiably a turkey sub was the obvious word Turkey written on the wrap and the one thin slice of turkey underneath all the lettuce. My cheeseburger sub was extremely light on the cheeseburger part. Son’s special cheesesteak was not special at all, instead it had a salty charred taste, the cheese on the fries had a weird taste and the other cheesesteak had very little steak on it. They seem to be generous with the lettuce, we all had lots of that. The onions rings though were fantastic. The price was 81 dollars and we didn’t mind paying that at the counter for local good food. But now we know that was a huge mistake. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice….. nope not gonna happen again. There won’t be a second time. Something very bad has happened to Oscars, they used to be good.

Sadly this place has seriously declined. Told 35 mins for our take out order. Waited an hour for a pizza & 1 pasta dinner. Pizza was burnt. Pasta dinner was not prepared per the menu description. 2 other parties we knew also there, same thing, waited over an hour for their orders. We were told “no staff”. Be honest with your customers. Close until you can regroup and restaff. We will NOT be back! Sad.

Love this pizza! They load on the toppings, especially for the garbage/supreme! We won’t go anywhere else. Tasty sauce, perfect crust, fresh ingredients and fast service. Philly cheesesteaks are even better.

Ordered pickup for 2 subs. One turkey, one italian. Drove the distance to get subs then got home and found that both subs were italian with very hard rolls. Called and only offer to fix was that I could drive back yet again to pick up another sub for my correct turkey sub. After already spending over $24 for the 2 subs (which neither were edible for me since I don’t eat the meats on an italian sub) I was not willing to use more gas to get what I ordered. Never again.

The pizza was ok, the crust was really hard and it barely had any pepperoni on it. The salads were huge, Caesar salad was really good. My husband got the steak and cheese salad expecting pieces of steak, but it was more like a cheese steak salad, with odd toppings like pickles. We carried out, so I can’t really say anything about the atmosphere.

I find them to be comparable to the overpriced JoJo’s right up the street. Oscars is a much more affordable option. The owner is a great guy as well and their subs are very well made.

ABC pizza is great! Asiago, bacon, chicken with fresh tomatoes and basil – so delicious. Calzones are also amazing. We eat here couple times a month, food is always solid and prices are fair. Skip the chain pizza places and support independent business!

What we ordered:
a dozen of sicilian sauce wings
a large caesar salad
large pie (1/2 plain and 1/2 hawaiian)
This was our first time ordering from here even though its only approx 8 minutes away. By the time I got the food home, the pizza was cold and the wings were luke warm. Not saying this was their fault.
The pizza was okay, not terrible but not great, just so/so. Even though 1/2 was plain, I believe I was charged for a full speciality pie. I dont know because I wasnt given or even offered a receipt but when I added up the total, thats what I figured out. Would of been cheeper to buy a large plain pie and a small or medium hawaiian for the same price or a tiny bit more.
The wings were incredibly dry. They had decent flavor but were so dry, we could barely eat them. I only like wings, not legs and there was only 1 wing in the entire dozen. Now I know why people say “wings only”. I usually order boneless wings which I believe I did for this order. Im not positive if they got it wrong or I forgot to say it but I had my order written down so I feel confident I did actually order boneless.
The caesar salad was decent. The only complaint I have is that I ordered a large and I got only 1 small packet of dressing. I could see giving 1 packet for the personal or small salad but come on, a large one should deserve 2.
Doubt we’ll be ordering from here again.

I used to love the place, the Italian Sub was fresh and generous on the meat. Today was a disappointment. The lettuce was yellow and gross looking, barely enough meat to fill the bread.
