Oscar’s will always be a stop when I visit back in Wisconsin. You won’t find any burgers like theirs, fries/cheese fries, cheese curds are delicious, and I love their grilled cheese the most out of any fast food restaurant. The banana splits are delicious as well! I miss this burger when I’m back home in Pennsylvania

Been to Oscar’s lots of time, for the custard. This time ordered other food. It would be an under statement to say we were both disappointed. The 1/2 Swiss Mushroom burger was tasteless, and the chicken on the salad was overcooked and dry.
We will be back, but only for the ice cream

What if Culver’s tasted better? It would be Oscar’s.
I tried a bacon cheese cheeseburger…life changing. The burger was far superior to the thin scraped patty from Culver’s.
The chili cheese dog and corn dog were also great! The French fries were exactly what you want to have…shoestring cut with just enough salt.
The custard was creamy and covered with sprinkles…a big hit with the kiddo!
We ordered all this for $20. What a steal!

Tried them do to working close by. I rank them against their comp, Culver’s. Their custard is the star. I had their burger, big Oscar. Tasted like a whopper. Overall solid. Skipped the burger. Culver’s is better burger wise. Service was good.
Update, 11/18/20: I would choose their custards and stay away from anything savory. I just think their sandwiches is just OK. Their customer service is inconsistent as some, like today, was short but hey, most here are like high school age so you get what you pay for.

Delicious burgers.
Flame grilled taste with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The fries and onion rings are crispy. My only issue is that the burger patties are pretty small. I always get the double cheeseburger and fries or onion rings and still feel a little hungry after (compared to Kopps).
The custard is very good!! I recommend going when you like the flavor of the day and getting a scoop or 2 (or a tub!!)

Oscar’s is one of several custard stands in the Milwaukee area. I however do not get the custard, I just get the burgers. On this occasion I ordered a hamburger and onion rings. The burger was very good. (It should be noted that I have been seeking out the perfect burger but haven’t found it yet. I also haven’t had an awful one yet either). Service was good. I highly recommend stopping in.

Ordered the pork sandwich. It took up 1/3 of the bun. Removed from bun and weighed it. 1.3 ounces! Awful taste. Pure garbage.

When you have a frozen custard craving on a drive with your dog, this is one of the only frozen custard stops that has a drive-thru!
I ordered a crispy chicken salad and 2 scoops of vanilla custard. The cashier offered a milk bone treat for my dog, which was very much appreciated.
The salad was quite large. It came with w packets of dressing and a bag of small croutons. The chicken was hot, moist, and crispy.
The vanilla custard seemed a little sweeter than other recipes but was still delicious. It also seemed a little pricey. Nevertheless, I left happy.
