Food was good but I was disappointed with the entire staff engaging in disparaging conversation about a new small business starting up just down the street. My wife (who is on staff at this new start up) and I were hearing comments about their business model and pricing like “They’re in for a rude awakening” and that “they won’t last long” simply because they are prioritizing quality and caring for staff above overly-competitive pricing. I would think/hope that one small business would be rooting for another’s success but that doesn’t seem to be the culture at Osborne’s – which was sad to be subject to as we were actively giving them our business. Won’t make that mistake again. If you want cheap food where the servers talk to their customers about strip clubs (yes this also happened in front of our 1 year old), this is your place! Otherwise, steer clear.

We went for lunch yesterday, though it was very close to closing time, the staff was very welcoming and we were encouraged to stay and eat, we all enjoyed our meals and we were treated very well by our server, she said she just works there on Saturday, I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but she did a great job and we will definitely be back to eat again!

The tenderloin sandwich is best I ever had. It was crispy and well seasoned.
We arrived during the busy lunch time and wait time was long. But when my tenderloin sandwich arrived and tried it I had to say it was well worth the wait.

I visited this diner the first time today and they’ll make a regular out of me. I couldn’t believe the portion sizes compared to the pricing. You can tell it’s been a town favorite for a long time. Great service all around!

Perfect hometown diner. Breakfast is good food at a fair price. It’s not glamorous and it doesn’t need to be. An honest restaurant with friendly people and reasonable portions. The menu is simple classics and just the right amount of variety. Lunch is just as good. The pie is Midwest small town goodness. It’s a simple place that gets the job done and does it well.
