I love this place! It’s not far from where I live, so I can easily call my order in and not have to drive far to pick it up. I also sometimes eat inside the restaurant with my family. The atmosphere is nice and pleasant, the customer service is great, the food is delicious and the cost is pretty cheap compared to other Japanese restaurants that I’ve visited. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I would not recommend this place at all. I ate here yesterday for the first time I ordered three plates of teriyaki chicken one of the plates. I added mushrooms on and then I ordered. I also ordered two orders of vegetable spring rolls and two orders of pork spring rolls however, I did not get spring rolls. They gave me egg rolls instead and the vegetable egg rolls had so much grease in the bottom of the to go dish. It was unreal the teriyaki chicken was the worst I’ve ever had. The portions were extremely small for the price and it seemed as if I was eating three or four day old food. I also tipped them Because they had worked when it was snowing out. My total came out to $46.45 and I left a $3.55 tip so my total should’ve been $50 even. When I looked on my car today, they took $51.90 off of my card so I went back by there and was told it’s because I used a credit card which no one informed me that there was an extra charge for using my card. I told him I did not use a credit card. I use the debit card. Finally he found my receipt and then try to lie and tell me it was from my bank that did that and I told him no it was not that come from y’all. Y’all charged me more than you were supposed to. He was extremely rude and finally ended up giving me my two dollars and giggled when he handed it to me. Two dollars in this day and time adds up I’m a single mother in regardless he wasn’t allowed to charge me more than what I signed to pay. If I was you, I would steer clear of this restaurant. They also have an area blocked off in the seating area, where members of their family were in there with their shoes off, watching TV as If it’s where they lived, It just struck me as odd to have someone in there with their shoes off in an eating establishment

This is one of the best Japanese restaurants around. The sushi is fresh. The Koi fish are adorable and make the atmosphere even peaceful.
The staff and owner greeted us and came out to check on us twice! Great food and service!!

It was good!! Food came out super fast. Shrimp cooked very well. Rice tasted a little funky but not bad. The noddles were missing a lil something flavor-wise but the sushi was good. Overall happy with everything

I called and ordered take out. When I got there the owner who was very rude said he did not have an order so I placed it again with him. I waited for him to make it and got it and it was the wrong order. I took it back in and asked for my correct order. He was extremely rude and told me not to come back and would not make me the correct order. He gave me my money back and took my food back after it had been in my car which is a health concern. I will not be back. The owner was extremely rude and it was his mistake.

The Food, Service, and Atmosphere do not apply here. Today, I called to order two orders of vegetable egg rolls and a small shrimp sauce to go. The owner would not sell them to me. He said I had to order an entree before I could order side items. He told me to go down the road to the convenient store because they sold egg rolls there. Are you kidding me? What in the world? It is unfathomable to me that an owner of a restaurant would not want your business enough to sell you anything that is on the menu but tell you to go somewhere else. I said, ok but you just lost my business. I have eaten at the restaurant before and bought meals, but no more. I will not be patronizing them anymore. What part of they need customers to stay in business do they not understand? I gave one star because I couldn’t leave it blank.

Not what I expected, it’s mediocre at best.

Edited for update;
We decided to give this place another shot considering the last time we ate here it was the midst of Covid and everyone was struggling, so why not try again… well, I’m still not impressed.
There is nothing wrong with the service here, it’s the food.
We ordered a combination plate of steak and scallops, the steak was OK it was a very small portion along with tiny bits of mushroom and broccoli but the scallops were cooked from frozen. The texture was rubber and you can taste the freezer burn. I figured they would be up to par with their seafood prep since they make sushi rolls but I was definitely wrong. Could’ve used more veggies for a large dinner meal.
The sushi rolls we got were a tokyo roll and dynamite roll, the tuna was a very thin slice masked with siracha and Mayo. For $10 a roll you’d think a decent piece of protein would come with it but it was as thin as the soba noodle we had. Basically paid for rice and spicy Mayo on that one. The deep fried roll was OK but the fryer was definitely running too hot, the tempura only tasted of old oil with a burnt finish. It was disappointing.
The chicken teriyaki dish was a small order which is understandable you won’t be getting a full portion but it was little bits of chicken and tiny bits of broccoli with 2 cups of white rice and a full handful of carrots.
The veggie soba noodles were bland, if you’re sodium conscious that would be a good plate to have. I’d prefer more flavor. All in all we gave it another shot and it didn’t work out so we will not be returning.

I placed a takeout order that consisted of a Carolina roll, shrimp sauce, extra ginger, and soy sauce. Upon paying I noticed a price difference, when the food was given I noticed we received a California roll, politely told the women we ordered the Carolina roll, not the California roll, to which the male owner came and began being VERY disrespectful. I asked if he was the owner, he replied yes, to which I asked why I was charged 6.95 and not 6.75 as the menu advertised. He became once again very rude. I’m not cheap, but if a menu advertised a certain price, that’s the price. Not only was the experience of a takeout order horrible, the place was disgusting, and the poor fish in there need better care and a bigger tank. 0/10. Please shut down SOON.

Sushi is small and not that great! After ordering and letting them know I was at work they got my order wrong after calling and letting them know the very obvious high cashier said well bring it back and hung up on me! As I did bring it back I had to wait another 8 mins for them to recook it. The man dug the chicken out of my plate and replaced it with the shrimp that was supposed to be there with no gloves! Never eating here again
