Stopped by for an early dinner and was greeted and seated right away. The staff was extremely friendly and the kimchi pork belly I ordered was delicious. If I ever make my way back up here, I will make sure to stop by again.

Everything is relative. If you judge this restaurant by normal standards, you could do better. However, judging based on Utqiagvik’s standards then this is a top restaurant. The lunch special is $17 and the teriyaki chicken was such a small portion it felt like only half of a breast. But the flavor was spot on.
Considering the location, it’s a blessing to eat authentic Korean and pseudo Japanese food.

Will say it was cold and Alaska was definitely interesting and some other points I think I need to point out is that it’s a very small quaint town and I’ve been warned that the wildlife here is quite dangerous. BTW, the food was good as well
