I wish I could give this 0 stars. I was so excited to eat here, haven’t been here in years. Got home, opened the food up and found TWO LONG BLACK HAIRS. Absolutely disgusting. I am so upset. Wasted $15+ and can’t even eat it now. Thanks for nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been going here for years when I’m in the mall. I won’t be doing that anymore… Despite me actually being right there they pushed the door dash person ahead of me even though he came after 2 other people. They said this is the new policy… they also loaded the door dash ones up and skimped on my food. They also lined it right next to the ones that I specifically told them I was allergic to epi pen allergy! They forgot the sauce until I said something and overall the quality of my food be the others right there was messed up! Despite watching me tip. I have eaten here a lot and this was by far the smallest amount of meat I have ever gotten. Honestly because they LOADED the door dash orders. Way too much money to be at the mall of all places to eat. I could have gone a lot of other places and I will be from now on!

I think the food was good for what it is and the young lady who rang me up was nothing but kind and professional.
Why I’m giving such a low rating is because I believe the shift manager, not sure but a Asian guy with a goatee, was screaming and cursing at his fellow employees and spilling a disagreement of some kind onto the floor of the food court in front of customers.
A. You shouldn’t treat people like that. Period.
B. If you’re having a disagreement, keep it in the back and try to handle it professionally instead of making two young women come to tears.
I hope the guy who was yelling at his coworkers was NOT the owner and if he is I hope he reads this, reflects, changes his approach, and sincerely apologizes to his staff. Otherwise, I hope the owner reads this and reaches out to his/her staff to remedy and mediate this so it doesn’t happen again. God bless.

This place isn’t at the level of tepanyaki obviously, but for what it is, it’s excellent. The food is made fresh right in front of you in a timely manner, the portions are HUGE and it tastes really good as well. I eat more than the average person and I would have no problem sharing this with someone that eats as much as me. The chicken and shrimp with noodles was really good.

The food is absolutely amazing . But the teriyaki sauce has zero flavor. I had to take it home . And see if I have some left over teriyaki sauce packets from Panda . I just can’t get into any mood to ✍️. If you like plain off the grill this is your type of food. I love flavor gets me in the mood to shop or wander around the mall. Sorry . No satisfaction awards no pictures. Thanks

We used to come here all the time. They closed down, then resurfaced about a year later. And Q One (right across the food court from them) also opened. Almost seemed like what happened to cafe rio CEO divorce opening up costa vida. Q One is the exact same setup, but when this happened it seems like Q One got the better grade of meats, and Osaka went to a far worse quality meat. Not nearly as tender/juicy. To be fair tho we haven’t used them in almost two years (after using them dozens of times a year for several years prior) Might give them another chance soon especially now that Q One seems to have a chef that struggles with consistancy.

I was eating there and I noticed the chicken had an odd smell. I shared it with family, but the next day I started feeling sick. I was three days ill with me and my family. We went to the doctors and turned out we got food poisoning. I will never come back again if you go there good luck!

Well it used to be so good here, till they switched the chefs. It takes so long just to get the food to get made. Also there beef and or chicken is hard now the noodles and rice don’t taste good. It used to be quick and noodles and rice tasted amazing and the beef and chicken are tender not hard unlike now they also added more sauce they also had served food much not faster.
