I went in and got this to go. It’s dark and the staff weren’t super friendly at all. And the compared to the other hibachi place in Plainview, Osaka has much less food in the order. However it is cheaper than the competition…. and the meat(chn and steak) was good. There are very tiny, few veggies and there sesame seeds ( i think) in the rice. Just not for me.

I called in an order at 5pm and was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I showed up at 5:40 to pick my order up and the man at the front told me someone already picked my order up and paid for it. I reassured him that no one picked my order up for me and he stated” how do I know it wasn’t your husband who picked it up”.
Again I told him I wouldn’t be here to pick it up if someone had already picked it up. I checked with my husband and he did not pick our order up.
They gave my order away to someone else and now are being irate with me for questioning where my order is. He told me if I wanted to order again I could and it would be another thirty minutes then asked me if I was sure I wanted to even wait those thirty minutes.
Seeing as I have no other choice but to wait and this is what my husband wanted to eat on Valentines I am now waiting another thirty minutes for an order they gave away to the wrong person that I called in over an hour ago.
Worst customer service and experience.

Greeted by hostess, seated and drink order taken. Waitress brought out drinks and gave a few minutes to look at the menu for ordering food. Food came out in a timely manner and prepared as close to our request.
