Love eating in this historic building! Very rustic and industrial feel. Food was amazing! Highly recommend eating a hamburger at this place! Onion rings were the best I had in a long time. My wife had brussel sprouts and green beans. They were absolutely delicious! Service was wonderful! Definitely give this place five stars! Highly recommend!!

Last week we went to this Cellar place that the locals recommended; I was not impressed.
Osage Spring, however, is fantastic. Lunch special was a massive burger, drink, and a side for $12.99. I added onion rings because I’m not a communist and this is America. Burger was amazing and flavorful. Onion rings were homemade and crispy. And they kept the tea coming!
Even the checkout process was easy- receipt had a QR code that could could scan and use Google Pay. In Neosho? Stop and think about that for a minute – my mind is exploding.
Otherwise, the brick building is beautiful inside. Cool, warm-industrial vibe atmosphere; the main bar is a focal point. Very hip – again, in Neosho? From the outside, I didn’t know what to expect – maybe vinyl seats and 70s tables? Not the case at all. Give this place a try.

The street tacos are delicious the service was great. I ordered the pulled pork nachos but they were out of pulled pork so I ordered the butterfly shrimp and they were out of that. I finally ordered a BLT with hot honey drizzled sweet potato fries the fries were so good the BLT’s description makes you believe there is a lot of bacon I would say maybe 3 slices max but all in all it was good. High prices

My husband and I both have alphagal, therefore it is very difficult to eat out; HOWEVER!!!! They can and will absolutely cook your chicken separately and be mindful of the allergies!!! The chef even caught that he shouldn’t put cheese on our chicken sandwiches! The sauce that comes standard on the sandwich is alphagal friendly, and the servers remember and accommodate at an exceptional level of service. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for food, service, atmosphere… everything! If you are looking for a nice place to eat and enjoy a beverage on the square, look no further!

I visited recently for the second time. The burgers in here are some of the top burgers I’ve ever had. And I realize that is a bit of a ridiculous statement, but honestly.. They are fantastic. They are juicy and full of flavor. The bartender was super nice and told us about the music upstairs. We went up there and had a great time. (don’t care for the smoking, but it is a bar..)This place is gem, and should be treated as such. Growing up in this area, as a kid, there was NOTHING even close to this. I sure hope people keep supporting this place, because it is really great. The food is fantastic. We will be back soon!
