Social Profile:

Ask Owners, Paul & Mark Boone what they had in mind when they opened Orleans Billiards Cafe in 1996, (in 2014 Paul Boone changed the name to Orleans Sports Cafe), and they’ll tell you, “We opened the place that we wanted to go to…a place with atmosphere, good service, good food, reasonable prices and most important, a place that’s fun!” They seemed to have accomplished this goal. Orleans Sports Cafe offers a little something for everyone.

Pub grub & cocktails served in a roomy sports bar with pool tables, darts & outdoor seating.

Went for the recent Galentine’s event! They had little treats out for the ladies, drink specials were AMAZING! Food was delicious!! Music was great and the atmosphere was nice. Will definitely be back!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had as a customer. Would give 0 stars if I could! We sat ourselves and waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order, thank god there are TVs to distract you from the terrible service. Once our orders were taken it took them nearly an hour to deliver them. We received a pizza with A HAIR in it. We then received our nachos and second pizza 30 minutes later which were cold as ice! The manager said they just came out of the window, however, the waitress apologized for them sitting… I find it revolting that the manager is lying to cover her tracks rather than owning up to their mistake. Another group had taken 45 minutes to get their order as well. If it weren’t for the vast amounts of televisions I might have gone into a catatonic shock from stupidity and lack of awareness by their team and management. I find it appalling that due to our young age we were mistreated and not taken seriously for our complaints. I really hope management improves as the McDonald’s down the road had better customer service and food than this place. If you’re looking to eat in downtown mount clemens and you’re thinking of going here, STAY HOME!

The food is always excellent when we come here but when we’re ready for the check, we’re almost always waiting for 15+ minutes to even ask for it. The staff is good about taking your orders when you arrive but after you get your food it’s almost like they’ve forgotten about you even if it’s not busy. In regards to the food, I’m gluten intolerant and their gluten free pizza is one of my favorites! I’ve never had any issues with it.

Don’t come for brunch. The “hot mess” breakfast is advertised as being topped with “pepperjack, scrambled eggs, and sausage gravy.” The amount of bland sausage gravy that came on this dish was actually disgusting and it was inedible. The “gravy topping” was more gravy than I would have put on 4+ biscuits. You couldn’t taste anything – cheese, egg, peppers, onion, potato – because everything was completely, utterly drenched.

If you get the $30 mimosa bucket, it comes with a bottle of brut and some juice carafes. Be warned the brut is 6.9% and you’ll walk away feeling even more sober than before you started. Overall such an incredibly disappointing experience.

I will give 5 stars when you address all of the broken and warped ques. It’s the best pool hall around here and quite a staple of mt. clemens. It’s not a place for pool sharks necessarily moreso regular folk having a good time. Large bar area that can accommodate rather large parties easily They definitely exercise the right to refuse service so this place might not be your spot if you give off even a whiff of trouble. The jukebox is very selective but expect to hear nickleback. The menu has greatly improved over the years, I wouldn’t expect a Michelin star but the quality and prices for a bar/pool hall are pretty dang good. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad time there only a few lousy games.
Edit: five stars. They fixed alot of the ques, plenty to go still.

If I could give the bartender Mike a negative star, I would. Came in, sat at the bar. He took a while to take our drink orders and then served me a spoiled wine. My boyfriend was almost done with his beer by the time I was able to get anyone’s attention to replace my wine (a different bartender, not even Mike!) Mike literally walked past us to get to other customers at Least 10 times without checking if we wanted another drink/everything okay. I have no idea what his deal was but I will never be back to this place and will not recommend it to anyone.

The only good thing about the place was there were several pool tables, which we would have played if the service wasn’t so Shit.

My boyfriend and I had went out and had Abigail M as a server. We had to go out our way for service , went up to the bar for our tab and the ginger haired bartender (I didn’t get her name) she was in the middle of texting looked up and said your server will be with you. Looked across the bar and there was Abigail also texting . Been in only once before and had Andrew he was the reason we came back, the best thing this time around was the pizza.
