A little Italian…a Lotta Fun! is what you will find at this cozy local Italian restaurant. Orlando’s has been serving their Family Recipes since 1965, and is owned and operated by Texas Tech graduates. Orlando’s menu features hand-tossed pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, Jumbo Italian Roast Beef sandwiches, lots of popular specialty dishes such as Green Chile Chicken Linguine, and be sure to save room for our homemade Chocolate Rum Cake. Orlando’s was voted the #10 Best Burger in Texas by Texas Monthly in their August 2009 edition of “50 Best Burgers in Texas”. Orlando’s has won “Best Italian Restaurant” in Lubbock for 14 years in the Lubbock Avalanche Journal Reader’s Choice awards.

So we ordered a big meal. 3 different meals for 3 adults. We got shrimp pesto, a chicken sandwich, veggie pizza, fried mushrooms, fried zucchini, fries, rum cake, chocolate muse,a small house salad, mozzarella and drinks. We all loved our food!! It’s good tasting, fresh quality, house made pretty much on everything. Very good tasting, great quality and great customer service. Would definitely recommend trying for Italian food is very awesome. Thank you for making our long trip worth it!

Not quite authentic enough for me, but… Decent American Italian food for the Fazolis lovers in your life that need an upgrade. The pizzas here are very good. They have a wheat crust alternative that is worth trying.

For an Italian restaurant, Pizza did not meet expectations. Pizza was more like a Pizza Hut or little ceasers (yuk). Not impressed with their plates either. Kinda pricey for the quality. Staff was great and so was the atmosphere.

The food was delicious. Ordered half portions, and they were more than filling. Meat sauce is tasty with a good tomato taste. My daughter said the ravioli is a solid 9!! The pesto bruschetta is tops!!! The waitress was awesome and forthright. We will be coming back for more

This place is fun. The service is really good. The prices are high for the quality of the food. If it weren’t for the service staff and atmosphere, it would have received a two. Now, with that said, they have this butter/oil sauce that pretty much should be served on everything. That saves the day. Give it a whirl. It’s a college town with college town food quality. In short, fun and lively with great sauce.

We dined in after having had a pick up order on 7/10 messed up. Our spaghetti & meatball meals were without meatballs. Today walked in, spoke to Manager, blonde guy with a ponytail: we had our meals replaced.. The spaghetti & 3 HUGE meatball dinners with soup & salad were fantastic. The garlic bread was so delicious and the lemonade fantastic. Dad & I couldn’t eat more than one meatball on our plate, and took the 2/3 remaining spaghetti & meatball home. We (Dad, son & I) had super exceptionally great spaghetti dinners. Excellent atmosphere, so nice & attentive waitress. Exceptional food, the taste is incredible. Been coming here since 1997. NEVER disappointed, except this one time. They more than made up for it. Their track record speaks for itself. The Best spaghetti in town. Thank you Orlando’s Italian Restaurant. What a lovely meal. .

Wow! This place came recommended by a friend who used to work there and we’re super thankful we took her advice. The atmosphere is awesome. Prices are fair. Service was excellent. We had spaghetti, tortellini, chicken fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, and the mafia queso. We were stuffed. Everything was incredible. The blue zumi margarita was good, but didn’t seem to fit with Italian. More of a beach style drink that would go better with a cheeseburger. We can’t wait to visit again, this restaurant is a must with any trip to or through Lubbock. So good.

Had an Italian sandwich that was great. I like them cold rather than heated. The iced tea glasses are huge so you don’t have to wait for refills.
