This place NEVER misses! I’ve been craving these tacos and finally made the drive over and I’m glad I did! Thank you Ms Crystal for providing amazing customer service and shout out to the chef’s/cook’s thank you for always giving us the flavors Taco Pete is known for! Stay safe and blessed. (5 ground turkey taco combo $20… One taco is missing as my taste buds couldn’t handle the smell. So I ate in the car.)

My second visit and last. The Manager Aaron (Slauson/Crenahaw) should not be the manager of any establishment. He’s rude and ignorant. I called to explan that the $4.50 taco supreme was missing sour cream, onions, and avocado (which are in season). He told me to bring it back tonight (I live 20 minutes away). Then he hung up on me while I’m asking the process to resolve. I called back, then he told me I had 2 days to bring in the receipt. And, hung up on me again, after I asked who is the owner. He said, “The owner is the owner” and hung up. This is all after they didn’t give me fries in my online order. So, I had to wait for fries. Now, I’m here trying to make a change. Aaron is rude, childish, and ignorant. OG Taco Pete on Slauson should not have this type of person working in our community. The taco was nasty and dry due to half the ingredients missing. They will never see me again. Taco issue resolved. Sad, some businesses make it hard to support. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Incredibly poor customer service every time I go here and it’s deliberate. Not sure of the Latina cashier’s name who is usually there in the evenings but she has an unnecessarily bad attitude and purposely walks away from the counter to go do something else every time I walk up. She doesn’t say “hello” or “give me a moment I’ll be right with you”. She just walks away and doesn’t come back as the line is forming longer and longer. The manager Aaron does nothing about this. The tacos are good though.

GOOD Old-school tacos that are NOT saturated with grease.
I had Turkey w everything. They even have king-size tacos made with bigger shells. I had a small fry that was just enough for my 2 tacos.
They are still priced to fit any budget. Lunch was under 10 bucks. That’s a BiG Deal these days.
The service was great, and the wait time was expected for freshly prepared food.
I left a Happy Camper.

I ordered the Pastrami fries. The fries were hard and old for $12. They used to be good but this is trash. It would be another year before I step in there. Whoever made The brothas LA Cobbla peaches needs to take a baking course. I promise you I won’t go back there unless I am getting paid. I recommend the water or soda only.

Placed a phone order. My order was ready when I arrived. Order was delicious, perfectly prepared hard-shell tacos . You know when you have a taste for something, it’s great when it’s just as you imagined.

I’ve been hearing a lot about this place on TikTok and decided to see what the hype was about. I was not disappointed. I ordered 10 Turkey tacos, sat in my car, and ate all 10 before leaving the parking lot. I will be back for more. 10000/10 recommend.

I got the 3 tacos meal and taquitos! Only came out to $15 and was SO filling omg. Everything showed up warm and was soooo good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cheap, tasty way to fill you up .
