So my first experience was ok. All of it was good, but I was a bit dissappointed in the steak. It actually was good, but it was more medium than well done like I had asked for. However, I believe in second chances. My husband and I just dined there tonight. Whoever cooked our steaks, cooked them to perfection! I was very happy! The whole meal was perfect actually. We also had great customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back.

We ordered Tri Tip and Filet Mingon. Both were cooked to perfection, juicy, and tasty. Side dishes included loaded baked potato, broccoli, and baked beans, all good. Our server was Robyn, she knows well how to take care of her customers. She is prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant. She visited our table during entire evening.

service was pretty good waitress was nice and we were immediately seated. the burger was really mid for the price that was spent, same with the club sandwich, which wasn’t grilled, full thing was cold, bacon was super dry and the turkey was really nasty. the fries were good though. the drinks were also ok ‘ish’. Southern sweet tea was NOT sweet (nor actually southern tasting). i see a lot of good reviews abt the actual BBQ, though so i cant say FS on that

The waitress was wonderful. She did a great job, but the food wasn’t to great and the cost was outrageous. We ate at the Texas Roadhouse in Eugene and the food was great, and price very reasonable. We went to the roadhouse expecting the same. It is not.. Overall it was ok, but we expected more for the price.

Ordered takeout online and pickup was easy; the hostess was very friendly and the restaurant wasn’t crowded. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye with a half slab of ribs, plus a Caesar salad and soup of the day. The steak was cooked a perfect medium but lacked seasoning, and I didn’t receive the steak sauce I selected, which was disappointing. The ribs were tender but had an odd grill-gas aftertaste. I also called ahead and was told the soup was chili, but it ended up being a potato-style soup instead. The Caesar salad came with croutons despite requesting none, and the portion was smaller than expected. Overall, service and atmosphere were good, but the food was subpar for the price and I wouldn’t return.

First time at this location. Private party event. For having a lot of people attending, the service was fantastic, and friendly. The fresh rolls melted in your mouth. The ribs sauce coated with sauce were tender and a great bbq flavor without being over spicy. The baked potato came with premium toppings, fresh crumpled bacon, shreaded cheese, sour cream, and butter. The house salad was fresh, chilled and appetizing. I only finished half of the meal and took the rest home. I’ll go back again.

Very delicious! We started with their Texas Egg Rolls. This appetizer is the perfect combination of crunchy, savory and sweet. The outer layer has a glaze of sugar. I highly recommend it. I had their Jalapeno burger well balanced. And got to try their baby back ribs. They also serve a sweet strawberry lemonade. Strawberry lemonade served on a mason jar glass with a sugar rim. Lisa and the team were attentive and kind.

Mediocre everything. Server was nice but was nowhere to be found when we needed something. Steak was unseasoned, everyone’s food was warm not even close to hot. Fiancé had a steak rare but was almost not cooked instead. Total of 5 people and the bill was $143, slow Tuesday at 5pm. Not worth what I spent $170 after tipping. Lastly the restaurant was cold, we all ate with our jackets on…
