Really professional and welcoming staff. The place needs a real good cleaning. The menues were sticky and dirty, windows and ledges dirty. The food not so bad. Served hot and made to order. Meat was cooked perfectly, French fries were crispy hot flavorful. They have a assortment of drinks alcohol and none alcohol. Give them a try and let us know your experience.

For starters, I love having a country restaurant near our home. However, there is a reason Black Angus has a 1-hour wait while the Roadhouse is constantly empty. The service here is absolutely horrendous. I actually walked in last night and waited for a few minutes awkwardly and was never even acknowledged. I walked outside called Black Angus but didn’t want to wait an hour so I came back in in to Roadhouse. The Steak it’s always mediocre, I don’t know why they offer the Corona Rita when all they do is bring you out a tiny margarita and a regular size Corona for $20… You can’t even pour the corona in the margarita… Might as well just get two separate drinks but no they trick you on the menu just like they trick you by saying “large shrimp” compared to regular shrimp on the other menus. But no all the shrimp are the same size, tiny as can be and definitely not worth the money. Half of your plate will be hot, The other half of the food will be cold. You can tell this place is struggling to hold on but they’re not really doing much about it with their food & overpriced drinks. It’s been like this for some time now. I can’t imagine it holding on for much longer. Dirty tables, service is sad… That’s basically how I would explain the vibe of this place… Just sad. We won’t be coming back

We live in Ohio so anytime we are near a roadhouse we make an extra drive to visit. We had no wait, fast service, and our waiter was amazing! Everything tasted delicious I wish I had a bigger stomach to eat it all! Will forever be one of our favorite restaurants we fell in love with when visiting out west! We are always shocked when we see bad reviews because we have never had a bad meal and always have had great service!

The service was great and the food was delicious. Best grilled chops and tasted just as good the next day.
Only improvements is that the spread for the rolls had a gluey texture and tastes like margarine instead of real butter and that was not good.
They need to get a filter for the water they serve customers. It tasted off and like sediment.

Showing up to the place the parking lot was pretty dirty, going in and being seated the booths were tight and cracked but the music was nice and atmosphere was cozy. My wife and I ordered the appetizer sampler, I order a 18 oz ribeye but they were out despite just opening so I settled for a 14 oz with Mac and cheese and garlic fries, my wife ordered saint luis ribs and bbq ribs with Mac and cheese and sweet potato. Service was great and server was friendly, the appetizer platter came with potato skins, Texas egg rolls and buffalo wings. Wings were hit or miss this first was very well sauced and tender the second one was very dry, texas rolls were very hot but very delicious, potato skins were amazing and the bbq sauce was not over powering and perfect. When our orders came they looked very presentable, the ribeye was pretty fatty but cooked to perfection and delicious, the Mac and cheese was decent, and the garlic fries were very over powering so only get if you love garlic. My wifes bbq ribs were very very salty, saint luis ribs were well sauced and tender and the sweet potato was as expected.

We usually have Patty as our server. Today we had Autumn. Both are fantastic. Autumn tried her best when we voiced our dissatisfaction with the new menu changes. Most of the food that we get every time we go has been removed from the menu. The sweet potato fries, the green beans, the honey molasses BBQ sauce, the BBQ ranch dressing, the boneless wings, the artichoke dip and the brownie have all been taken away.
I have been getting the honey molasses BBQ sauce for about 30 years. Even though it’s not what I wanted, I was going to order an entree with a different sauce until I was DENIED getting the same item for both my sides. I was informed they could no longer provide “double sides”. I would have to get two different sides instead of two of the same thing. One of the reasons I go to Roadhouse is for the baked sweet potato. I don’t think management should tell a customer that we can’t have the sides we want.
I drive a little over an hour for this restaurant and often enough that some of the servers remember us. Patty even remembers our order. That will no longer happen. The menu changes were bad enough, but to be denied getting double sides was ridiculous in my opinion. it’s my money so I should be able to say what I order if it’s on the menu.

This restaurant is a true delight. The food was absolutely incredible, with each dish showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and fresh ingredients. The presentation was beautiful, and you could tell the chefs take great pride in their work. Our server was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

When we walked into that place there wasn’t one friendly smile to greet us. Our waiter took our order and wrote nothing down, so if course he had to come back to ask my son, exactly what he ordered. We finally got a wonderful, delightful waitress when our other waiter had to leave. Best thing that happened!!
