My boyfriend and I ate there for the first time yesterday and were astounded with how good the food was. He got a New York strip steak and it was cooked EXACTLY how he asked. Very juicy and flavorful. I got chicken which was also exploding with flavor. Prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend going here!

This was hard to do based on the years of good service we have experienced at Rib House. Unfortunately as of late the food has been downright nasty. We ordered takeout Thursday and when we got home the boneless ribs my wife got were dry and tasteless and her fries were not even warm but cold. (We came 10 minutes earlier than what we were told for pickup) the two 1/2 racks my son and I ordered may have well just been beef jerky. Neither of us are more than half because they were so dry it was like they had been sitting out all day and were just given to us. This is highly disappointing since we live 2 minutes from Rib House and eat bbq often. Just downright disappointing.

We stopped by 10/29/2018 at 7:05 (this would have been our 4th visit in 2 weeks) and all of the available tables where covered from previous customers dishes. The waitress came by and said I’m by myself I don’t know when I will get a table cleared, bare with me. As we sat in the entry way the manager /owner walked by 3 times and did not acknowledge us, she was mumbling and clearly not happy! At one point the waitress we first talked to looked at us and said I don’t know when I will get a table cleaned, people didn’t show up.
We waited 20 minutes and then left. I know my previous post was positive, but after tonight I don’t think we will return.
Very disappointing for a place that we have visited so many times. We would have waited longer if we had felt that the manager/owner and staff cared if we did; but I truly believe they were happy to see us leave!
This review was for 10/22/2018 This was the 3rd time within a week that we ate dinner here. Food is always good, service was okay, they happened to get slammed in the middle of our meal, so we understood. We will be back!

Tonight my husband and I brought our daughter, her husband and son to your restaurant for her birthday dinner. Her ribs were ok, not great. My husband and I both had two of the worst racks of ribs we’ve ever eaten. They were very dried out, burned-on sauce.
We would have sent them back but chose not to embarrass our daughter. I’ve tried your place 5 times, 4 times had lousy ribs. Plus my husbands pop was flat and waitress acknowledged carbonation was bad. Why would you continue to serve it. I had a margarita, weak and watered down. We won’t be back. Our “bad” to keep coming back hoping it would get better.

Wow. We had our wedding reception for approximately 40 people at The Original Rib House. From the moment that we met Renee (the manager) to schedule and plan it, we knew we were making the right decision. She was so welcoming and accommodating. From set up to clean up, it was very easy. The staff went out of their way to make each of our guests feel special and welcome. The food was great. We had dancing and the lighting made it intimate. I would highly recommend this place for your event.

Really good food, but they were catering to a large group in the main dining area. The large group overwhelmed the staff and we’re rude and intrusive to other patrons Trina was our waitress and she was so friendly and kept up with everyone’s needs. She smiled the whole time, I know how hard that must’ve been. If the owner reads this, I believe she needs a raise. Thanks for making our day more enjoyable

The food is decent, but overpriced. The staff is extremely offputting. They’re not nice at all, and almost seem to avoid you. Also if you’re under 40 prepare to feel very out of place. I kept getting glared at by ancient couples. It’s practically a nursing home in there. With an aging clientele like that, I’d be surprised if they’re still open come 2020. But overall, you’d be better off going to KFC across the street. The food is just as good and at least the staff won’t be super passive aggressive towards you like at the Rib House.

Good service, worst ribs I have ever tried to eat. The waitress said they have a pork chop texture. I could not get mine to cut off the bone nor could I bite into them! Our whole party had the ribs and said the same. The salad and fried cheese was good.

Terrible! Literally just left this place. Been driving by for years and finally just stopped in to see what it was all about. Got pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and green beans. Green beans were ice cold, Mac and cheese was barely warm, and the pulled pork was not in any sense fresh. For 17 bucks I could have went to a grocery store and prepared the same meal in a microwave in less time at a better quality. Server was nice that was the only thing good here. I didn’t eat more than a few bites; paid and left.

Wanted to eat here for the last time before it closes permanently on 7/13/19. Firstly it opened at 4pm but the front door was locked. We were waited on quickly but it did take awhile for our food to arrive. The waitresses and hostes seemed overwhelmed and patrons were waiting to be seated! It took some time to get our check to pay. Not a smoothly run system like it once was in the past!
