This is one of my favorite restaurants. I love going there. The food is great I usually get a omelet, fruit creap or pancakes. The food usual comes out relatively quick and it is warm and fresh. The waiters are nice and I have never had a problem with any of them. They also have sugar free syrup that is actually good and the sauce that comes with the creaps is really good. Another thing I like about this place is that it is good with bringing my service dog and she stays relatively calm. The atmosphere is nice and the seats and tables are clean. Overall I really like this place and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Marisela made the experience so smooth and relaxing. We felt well cared for with water and coffee refills when we needed and she was so friendly.
We also love our mugs we bought that give us free coffee when we come in.
The menu has such nice variety and the food was delicious.
Big compliments to all of the cooks!!!
The greeter was also so friendly and welcoming and the timing for being seated was right on.

Our family loves coming here for breakfast! My six year old just said, unprompted, “This is my favorite restaurant because the food is so good!” Portions are large, service is quick and friendly. Marisela has been our server several times and she is always so warm and kind, and always keeps my coffee topped up! We’ll be back soon!

The servers here are always very nice, I don’t really like eating American breakfast because it’s usually pretty bland in Seattle, but this place flavors their food very well. My fave is the Benedict. Pumpkin pancakes are great too.

Horrible experience. Zero customer service. Was told 25 minutes wait. Waited 45 minutes after being skipped multiple times. Emo girl at the door cant even smile and speak loud enough to hear. She didnt even ask the waiting room for our name but I overheard her say multiple people including me haven’t shown up(she didnt even ask the room…). The phone system doesn’t work. I never recieved a text. The gentlemen that was waiting before us didnt get any text and was skipped multiple times as well. Finally got sat after 45minutes of waiting. No server or anyone for another 15 minutes. No drinks, nothing. Will never waste my time coming here. While we waited for a server a woman at a table next to ours had to get up and grab herself napkins and another time for something else for her meal. Noone asked them if they needed anything. After 15 minutes of waiting to be asked if we want coffee or water(which never happened) we got up a left. Will never be back. At least you can say you are on par with the rest of the local poor customer service foods chains. These are all facts on exackly what happened. Zero excuses for this type of situation to happen.

The service experience was great – quick to seat for our party of 3 adults and 2 toddlers. Our waitress was attentive and very helpful. The food came out quickly, but was fairly mediocre. The other members of my party were content, but the eggs benedict I ordered were definitely not fully cooked. While I live eggs sunny side up, albumen that is half clear still is way too raw for me.

This was our first time at this location! Came in for our anniversary lunch after church yesterday. We told the hostess we wanted the front window booth, but a server came and sat someone who came in after us there. We were sad at first but when the hostess came back to the stand she sat us next at a different window booth and apologized, so it worked out.
Marisela C. was great! She was accurate and attentive with taking our order and refilling our coffees. I had a Dutch baby with a ham steak and small order of strawberries, it was excellent. I don’t mind that the Dutch baby takes a bit longer to come out than the other food, it’s worth it, though the menu picture is deceptively small looking— I did NOT finish!
The iron skillet light fixture is neat!
