If you’re in the area and wanting a healthy and affordable option, this is the place to go! The atmosphere is very comfortable and clean with plenty of seats, and they also provide kiosks for ordering to help give you time to go over the menu and make a decision (you’ll need the time trying to decide because everything looks delicious). I ordered a steak sandwich today on my visit along with a freshly made juice, and it was delicious. Also, there’s plenty of parking which is always a plus when looking for a good place to eat in Atlanta. You will not regret it!

I am leaving this review due to serious sanitation and food safety violations and the way management handled my concerns.
I have been a regular customer, visiting about once a week for the past two months. While the food quality has been inconsistent (sometimes undercooked and hard to chew), I continued to come until this incident. After how this was handled, I will never return or recommend this establishment.Incident on 12/24 (Food Safety Concern):
During my visit, a large non-service dog was inside the restaurant, positioned near the kitchen entrance and drink fountain. A woman who appeared familiar with staff was standing with the dog. I personally observed two employees (identical twins) exit the kitchen wearing food-handling gloves, pet and interact with the dog, then return directly to the kitchen. Both employee did not change gloves and wash hands before re-entering food prep areas. I was actively waiting for my food at the time and watched the entire interaction closely. This is a clear violation of basic food safety and sanitation standards. Animals should not be inside a restaurant, and touching an animal while wearing food-service gloves then returning to food prep is unacceptable. I immediately brought this concern to the store manager, Abraham, who attempted to dismiss it by claiming gloves were changed but never said he washed his hands. This was not accurate based on my direct observation. Follow-up on 12/30 (Management Conduct):
I called to report the incident and spoke with Angie, who identified herself as a manager. She acknowledged that dogs are not typically inside restaurants, apologized, and offered a courtesy discount, which I did not request.
When I arrived later that day as I told Angie what time I would come. I waited over 15 minutes. Angie never came out, and I was then told she was on break despite earlier saying give her a few mins and she would be out . Abraham then approached me saying he was the manager Angie is the lead and became aggressive, dismissive, and argumentative, repeatedly accusing me of seeking a discount instead of addressing the documented sanitation issue. He talked over me, attempted to justify the dog being inside, and showed zero accountability or concern for food safety. I have spent a hundreds and seemed for discount. He kept saying “ what do you want , you a discount cause if a dog ?” I like no she offered me one I called to voice my concerns. When asked for ownership contact information, I was only told the owner was “in Texas, you can’t his name, with no further assistance provided. I said ok I’ll email them company and today z
Conclusion:
This establishment
• Employees touching animals with food gloves
• Management dismissing legitimate sanitation concerns
• Hostile and unprofessional behavior toward a customer reporting health risks

I am deeply concerned about cleanliness, cross-contamination, and public health safety at this location. I strongly encourage ownership and the local health department to review surveillance footage from both 12/24 and 12/30. This experience was unacceptable and alarming. I will not be returning.

Service and atmosphere A1. Clean establishment all throughout. Big space, plenty seating and parking. Great for meetings or gatherings. Hot honey hummus was tasty. Decent priced. If you’re very hungry, you’ll have to order a shake or juice to go with. Gives me Lunch only vibes or healthy single person dinner. The teriyaki takes over the Teriyaki bowl and only one Brussel in it, plenty sweet potato. The PB&J shake didn’t have enough punch. Probably due to the sugar free sweetener and natural peanut butter. I can appreciate healthy options at a clean restaurant.

The Greek Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette is awesome. I asked for no cheese and still came with cheese. The salads aren’t huge so I always order a drink/smoothie. The coconut chia granola was fair tasting, I thought it was a smoothie but it was a coconut cream with Chia seeds in it with granola, blueberry and strawberry. I feel more blueberry and strawberry at the bottom of the cup would improve this item as I ate the fruit before the granola and coco cream was gone, but I ate it entirely proving the salad wasn’t enough to fill the hunger pains. Great seating inside and out and clean establishment with plenty parking.

Original ChopShop is fantastic! The food is amazing—everything tastes fresh and healthy, and it’s clear they prioritize organic, whole ingredients. The atmosphere is equally delightful, with a cute, welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. I especially love the fresh flowers; they add such a nice touch to the space.

I’m not a fan of using the self-serve kiosk, but it’s not the worst thing .. I’m just old fashion I guess.

But, whether I’m stopping in for a quick lunch or just want something wholesome, ChopShop always delivers. Highly recommend! <3

I’ve eaten here twice, and they have the best salads around. The ingredients are interspersed throughout the salad instead of just piled on top of the main green, and it’s fulfilling. I also had a frozen acai cup, and tried several different health drinks with no disappointment. If you’re into healthy fare. Original Chop Shop is it.

despite this location is in my neighborhood what brought me in the first time was a collab with atlanta run club. the marketing girl was really nice and introduced herself and invited us all back. then i visited again 1 month later with an email offer. i really love the menu and the fact i can sub tofu on all the breakfast sandwiches. i will return for the fresh juice and smoothie options. Great options and easy substitutions for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.

Been going here since they opened and have found two favorites – the Muscle Malt and the Thai Tofu bowl. Reasonably priced and fast. This location has been through some growing pains and staffing changes but seems to be a good place now.

I’m usually a cava girl but this was the best bowl i have had in a long time. No long wait (i did come before 11am) Soooo flavorful Yummyyy!!! came out piping hot. I am impressed and i’m such a picky eater that it’s hard for me to be impressed eating fast food. I got the Chili lime shrimp bowl with rice and sweet potato hash. Inside was clean smelled nice and staff greeted me immediately and offered to take my order even though they were in the middle of doing something else. I will be back !!!

Chop Shop exceeded our expectations at our fashion show with their catered treats. The cookies and selection of snacks for our models backstage were perfect! Darina’s expertise in curating the snacks added an extra layer of satisfaction to our event. We’ll most definitely return to them for all our business catering needs in the future.

We ordered rice bowls and were very disappointed with the quality of the vegetables. None of the bowls had fresh veggies, and the kids’ sides (broccoli and apples) were especially concerning. The broccoli was brown, overcooked, and soggy—seeming more like reheated leftovers than freshly prepared. The apple slices were brown and oxidized, so I didn’t serve them to my child.

Overall, the roasted vegetables throughout our meals tasted old and lacked freshness. For a health-focused restaurant, I expected fresh, vibrant, and high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the experience felt more like fast food than a place that prides itself on healthy meals.
