Original Brooklyn serves some of the most incredible Italian food I’ve ever had. The chicken vodka parm is absolutely unmatched — the vodka sauce is hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Every bite is rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The father-and-son duo who run the restaurant make the experience even better. They’re warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which gives the place such a great atmosphere.
If you’re craving authentic, delicious Italian food, look no further. Original Brooklyn is an absolute must-visit.

This is the loveliest place I have been inside in my entire life. Pizza is beyond incredibly good, especially their white pie. Grandma pie is really nice as well. Garlic knots are good and taste like fresh garlic. Huge soft drink selection too. But the owner is incredibly kind and the atmosphere is incredible. You may come in and think it looks old, but that’s exactly how i know it’s good. Plus, very clean.It is worth the price a hundred times over and the price is honestly perfectly average for a pizza place. The owner is quite nice and I am really impressed. My new go-to.

Very rude!! Called to order for delivery, got hung up on twice!! Called back a third time, told them I got hung up on twice and to cancel my order. Didn’t even care, just said ok, no problem and hung up on me again!! Terrible customer service!!

Been coming here since a kid. Place has always been consistent with their food. Just got a plain cheese and a vodka slice and it tasted the same as when I was a kid. Great pizza !

IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ORIGINAL BROOKLYN PIZZA IN COMMACK. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE OF OUR KIND.
As a young black woman, I have never felt so disrespected walking into an establishment in my life…from the jump, I felt ignored by the staff especially the young blonde girl; when I asked her how long my one pie was gonna take, she completely ignored me as if I never even said anything. Heck, she saw me standing there and had to be INSTRUCTED to help me by the older men and she had a snobby little attitude like taking my order was a chore.
I actually walked out on account of how disgusted and dehumanized I felt I was being treated by the staff in the store…ALL OF THEM. I refused to give such disrespectful business owners my money and was more than willing to put up with an hour and a half wait for pickup somewhere else. I will never be returning, NOT UNTIL THE PEOPLE HERE LEARN HOW TO WARMLY TREAT CUSTOMERS OF COLOR. (I was also the only person of color in the store at the time I ordered and even patiently waited without voicing my dissatisfaction and potentially causing a big scene; after this experience, that didn’t surprise me why.) The entire situation read as quiet discrimination / micro-aggression, and it was a shocking wake-up call for me that such despicable treatment [still] takes place in my own community.

Horrible pizza 10$ for coke and a slice. Ridiculous on top of a grease fest on top of the pizza had to use at least 3 napkins to get all of it off. Place is old and outdated. Don’t come here.
