I’m a new home owner to this neighborhood. Two bad experiences at this pizza shop. 1). Today, the buffalo wings was both old (freezer burn) and hard. The salad lettuce was soft, old and had a smell. 2). About a month ago I went inside this store and ordered two cheesestakes with fries and no salt or pepper. They put so much salt that my elderly father and I couldn’t eat it and I trashed them. The owner was then, very disrespectful about the cheesestakes. He added, “most people like a lot of salt on their cheesestake.” Today the owner was vulgar and threatened me not to ever call and order from them. Very unprofessional.

We ordered our food. It took an hour to get here when we did get the order. We were missing a cheesesteak By the time we got the steak, it was cold. Asked for fries well done sided cheese. We got raw fries with cheese on them. Chicken Caesar wrap asked for dry so one gets soggy. It was soggy and the chicken was well done. I would not recommend this place to anybody we will not be coming back to this place.

I been ordering for years from Org. Boston Pizza. Today im at a friends house and ordered a gr chick fajita wrapp, what i got was a HOT Mess! I assumed it be cold all but chicken, they must of put sooo much ch on it ! Why in world would they ask you if you wanted Let n tomo if it comes hot?? Worse thing in world is Hot soked in Chz, lett! Although the service was awesome. The quality of food was not good. I ordered a chicken cheese steak. the chicken was over cooked and very dry. There was barely any condiments on my steak. Food lacked seasoning and the chicken tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Very disappointed

The goof ups that resulted in having the driver make 3 trips for my 2 item order were annoying, but everyone’s human, so I was willing to forgive the situation.
What I found unforgivable was the hidden/undisclosed fee charged for using my credit card. They lost a customer who routinely tips at nearly 10 times the fee they soaked me for over a sneaky 55 cent grab. Trust me, it’s not the money, it’s the principle.
After paying a premium for their product, a delivery fee, and a generous tip, I feel cheated.
Nope. Never again.
4/9/24: Update: We all understand that credit card company’s charge the merchant to process payments. Most businesses factor that in their pricing schedule or disclose a surcharge for credit card use upfront in writing. You did neither and I find it unacceptable.

2026- Still going back for food. Well worth the trip. Tried many other places and no one compares.
Prices are still reasonable.
2018 – Pizza is the best around. Changed owners recently and I thought the food would change, but it’s still the same. Boston Style fries are the bomb. There appetizer sampler platter is great if you cant make up your mind. My choice is a Special steak stromboli. I drive once a month 25+ miles out of my way to get my Orginal Boston Fix.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and got a Buffalo chicken wrap. I wouldn’t have cared if the wrap was good but it sucked. It was just bland grilled chicken, very little Buffalo sauce and a soggy tortilla. I took one bite and threw it out. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like I’ve had 20 dollars stolen from me
